Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, im Hinterhaus. Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und teilmöbeliert. Garderobe, dünne Matratze, Tisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden. Die Möbel können benutzt werden oder entfernt werden. Des Weiteren ist eine Kammer und ein Kellerabteil nutzbar. Es gibt ein kleines Bad und eine gemütliche Küche zum Kochen und verweilen.
The room is 12 square meters and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the rear building. The room is freshly renovated and partly furnished. Wardrobe, thin mattress, table and chair are available. The furniture can be used or removed. Furthermore, a chamber and a cellar compartment can be used. There is a small bathroom and a cozy kitchen for cooking and relaxing.
Alt-Treptow ist ein sehr schönes Quartier, ruhig und doch zentral. In der Straße befinden sich drei Supermärkte, 10min zu Fuß, befindet sich der Treptower Park. Es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen und Buslinien (3min zu Fuß).
20min zu Fuß, ist man am Schlesischen Tor, 12min zu Fuß am S-Bahnhof Treptower Park.
Alt-Treptow is a very nice neighborhood, quiet and yet central. There are three supermarkets in the street and Treptower Park is a 10-minute walk away. There are several bus stops and bus lines (3min walk).
A 20-minute walk takes you to Schlesisches Tor, a 12-minute walk to Treptower Park S-Bahn station.
