I’m subletting my room for five weeks while I’m away.

The room is large, bright, and furnished, with a private balcony. It’s super peaceful with very little noise from the street, making it perfect for for someone who wants a relaxed place to stay for a little bit. The room is fully equipped with everything you need, and I’d just ask for a small favour: watering my plants once during your stay ✨🌿

Price is for entire 5 week period. Rental period is just for the time indicated but open to slight flexibility. Longer stays are not possible unfortunately and no anmeldung.

The apartment has a cozy kitchen with a dining area and table. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but is well-connected. The train station is two minutes away (you can see it from the window, don't worry the trains are not too loud), so you can reach Mitte in about 25 minutes and trendy areas like Neukölln or Kreuzberg in 15-20 minutes. There’s also a grocery store just a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is shared with another professional woman in her 20s, but for most of the period she will also be away!
