Hallo Berlin hungrige und Besucher,
ich biete mein Zimmer für ca. 1 Monate an, da ich beruflich und privat unterwegs sein werde. Mein Zimmer ist geräumig und die Wohnung ist sauber hell und schön. Eventuell wird meine Mitbewohnerin sich meine Wohnung mit Dir/euch teilen. Ich bitte um "Sauberkeit" in allen Bereichen zu halten; männliche Mitbewohnern/ bzw. evtl. Besucher benutzen meine Toilette stets im Sitzen, Müll und benutztes Geschirr ist regelmäßig selbst zu entsorgen, bzw. alsbald zu spülen.
Ich wünsche mir, dass mein Zimmer so sauber und aufgeräumt hinterlassen wird, wie es vorgefunden wurde. Sonst wird mit der Kaution gehaftet!
Leider ist keine Anmeldung oder Anfragen von Paare möglich. Not Pets!

Ansonsten sollte alles wunderbar klappen.
Wer auch immer sich dafür interessiert, wird es bestimmt nicht bereuen in meiner Wohnung und der schönen Atmosphäre ein Paar Sommermonate oder ein paar Wochen in diesem Jahr verbracht zu haben.

Hello Berlin hungry and visitors,
I offer my room for about 1 months (evtl a bit longer) because I will be traveling professionally and privately. My room is spacious and the apartment is clean bright and beautiful. Possibly my roommate will share my apartment with you/you. I ask for "cleanliness" in all areas to keep; male roommates / or possibly visitors use my toilet always sitting, garbage and used dishes is regularly to dispose of itself, or as soon as possible to wash.
I would like my room to be left as clean and tidy as it was found. Otherwise I will be liable with the deposit!
Unfortunately, no registration or requests from couples are possible. Not Pets!

Otherwise, everything should work out wonderfully.
Whoever is interested, will certainly not regret to have spent in my apartment and the beautiful atmosphere a couple of summer months or a few weeks this year.
