Wir sind ein Paar und werden ein paar Monate reisen. Deswegen vermieten wir unsere Räume unter.
Das angebotene Zimmer besteht aus zwei zusammenhängenden Zimmern. Ein Zimmer kann als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden, das andere Zimmer als Schlafzimmer. Im Arbeitszimmer befindet sich ein Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl, sowie Regale. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Single Bett (90x200cm) und einen Kleiderschrank.
WLAN-Zugang ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist hell und super ruhig, da die Fenster zum Hinterhof des Gebäudes zeigen.
Wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer als Gemeinschaftsbereich. Von hier aus können Sie Demonstrationen beobachten, die von Zeit zu Zeit stattfinden, wie es für diese Art von Aktivitäten üblich ist, besonders in letzter Zeit in diesen verrückten Zeiten;)

We (a couple living in two rooms of the apartment) are traveling for a few month, so we offer our rooms.
The offered room consists of two connecting rooms. One room can be used as a workplace, the other room as a bedroom. In the study there is a desk and office chair, as well as shelves. The bedroom has a single bed (90x200cm) and a wardrobe.
WLAN access is of course also available. The room is bright and super quiet as the windows face the backyard of the building.
We have a huge living room as a communal area. From here you are able to observe demonstrations happening from time as it is a common are for this kind of activities, especially recently in these crazy times ;)
We also have a dish washer
Der Checkpoint Charlie und der Bahnhof Stadtmitte sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und der Supermarkt ist auf der anderen Straßenseite (1 Minute).
Der schöne Gendarmenmarkt ist ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet eine Vielzahl von Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Küchen. 10 Gehminuten vom Potsdamer Platz entfernt.
1 Gehminute von der Friedrichstraße, einer der Haupteinkaufsstraßen Berlins, entfernt.
Mit der U-Bahn bist du in 10-15 Minuten in allen wichtigen Stadtteilen
Der Checkpoint Charlie ist um die Ecke. Das Jüdische Denkmal, der Bundestag und das Brandenburger Tor sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße Friedrichstraße liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

The beautiful gendarmenmarkt is about 4 minutes walking distance that has a variety of restaurants with diverse cuisines. 10 minuteswalking from potsdamer platz.
You are going to be 1-minute walking distance from Friedrichstrasse, one of the main shopping streets in Berlin.
You are going to be 10-15 minutes away with the underground from all the key districts in the city that you should be visiting from Neukölln, Kreuzberg to Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain.
The Neighborhood
Checkpoint Charlie is around the corner. The Jewish monument, the Bundestag and the Brandenburger gate are 10 minutes walk. Friedrichstrasse, the main shopping street is in front of the house door, and all interesting districts (Kreuzberg, Rosenthaler Platz, Prenzlauer Berg) are all maximum 15-20 minutes away with the underground. There are 2 supermarkets in front of the house, a laundry service and a few bakeries. Banks and ATMs are also around the corner (1 min).
Getting around
The underground lines U6 Stadtmitte (North - South) and U2 Stadtmitte (East-West) are 2-3 minutes to reach.
Der jetzige Mitbewohner kommt aus den USA und arbeitet die meiste Zeit im Homeoffice. Wir suchen offene und freundliche Menschen, die mit uns die WG teilen.
