The room is the smaller room of a 2 room apartment. The rent is 420 euros/month including the utilites and the internet. It is furnished with a double bed, a table and a wardrobe. The room is facing North, but well lighted because it has a large window. You can access the balcony from the room.
The apartment is located in Wedding. The Rehberge station of the U6 is a 1 minute walk away, which is quite convenient. Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland and Edeka are within 10 minutes on foot. You can find more shops at Seestr. which is 1 station away with the U6. It´s an ideal place for people who like green areas. Volkspark Rehberge and Schiller park are both 5 minutes away, Plötzensee is 20 minutes away.
It is a communal WG. I (Misi, 31, male, from Hungary) am leaving Berlin for 6 months, so you could have my room and share the flat with Mathias (35, male, from Germany). Mathias works as a consultant, likes to cook, run, do calisthenics and sports in general.
We are quite open for everybody. You can be a student or can work, the most important thing is that you get along with Mathias.
