Hallo, magst du Katzen? Aus persönlichen Gründen vermiete ich mein Zimmer in Berlin für einen Monat, mit der Möglichkeit einer Vertragsverlängerung. Termine sind flexibel zu gestalten. Wir leben in einer ruhigen Umgebung und möchten nicht, dass diese gestört wird. Partys sind verboten, auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden. Ich rauche nicht, habe aber zwei Katzen, die sich in der Wohnung aufhalten und mein Partner kümmert sich um sie. Sie können die Zimmertür jederzeit schließen, wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass die Katzen herumlaufen. Denken Sie daran, wenn Sie Allergien haben. Aber das Ideal wäre, dass Sie Katzen mögen und sie respektieren. Sie sind ruhig, spielen aber ab und zu gerne. Mein Partner studiert es und verbringt viel Zeit in seinem Zimmer, aber er ist ein geselliger und freundlicher Mann, so dass man in der Küche einige interessante Gespräche führen kann. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Saftpresse usw. sowie einem Balkon mit zwei Stühlen.
Mein Zimmer verfügt über zwei Lern- und Arbeitsbereiche mit einem 140-cm-Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Fernseher. Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Fenster, Waschmaschine und Badewanne, das sich im Winter sehr gut zum Heizen eignet.
Wir wohnen in einer tollen Gegend 1 Minute vom Schillerpark entfernt, direkt an der Ecke, sodass man die Grünflächen aus den Fenstern sehen kann, in der Nähe der Müllerstraße, wo es mindestens 15 Gehminuten entfernt Supermärkte gibt (Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi und Lidl). Es gibt viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, eine Bibliothek und die U-Bahn-Station U6 ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Mit viel Mühe, Zeit und Geld habe ich mein Haus eingerichtet und hoffe, dass die Person, die kommt, diese Mühe zu schätzen weiß und bei der Instandhaltung hilft.

Hello, a bright room for rent to a person who likes cats. For personal reasons I have to leave Berlin for a month, with the possibility of extending my contract and I want to rent my room. The dates are flexible. We live in a quiet environment and we don't want it to be disturbed. Parties are prohibited, you can smoke on the balcony, I don't smoke but I have 2 cats that will be in the apartment and my roommate takes care of them. You can always close the door to the room if you don't want the cats to be around, to take into account if you have allergies. But the ideal would be that you like cats and respect them. They are calm but like to play from time to time. My roommate studies IT and spends a lot of time in his room but he is a sociable and friendly man so you can have some interesting conversations in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, water heater, toaster, juice extractor, etc... as well as a balcony with two chairs. My room has two study and work areas, with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, sofa, desk and TV. We have a bathroom with a window, a washing machine and a bathtub, which is great for warming up in winter.
We live in a great area, 1 minute from Schillerpark, right on the corner, so you can see the green areas from the windows, close to Mullerstraße, where there are supermarkets at least 15 minutes away on foot (Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi and Lidl). There are many leisure options, cafes, bars, restaurants, a library and the U6 metro station is 5 minutes away on foot.
With a lot of effort, time and money I have been furnishing my house and I hope that the person who comes will appreciate that effort and help with its maintenance.

Hola, te gustan los gatos? por motivos personales alquilo mi habitación en berlin durante un mes, con posibilidad de ampliación de contrato. Las fechas son ser flexibles. Vivimos en un entorno tranquilo y no queremos que se altere la armonía. Las fiestas están prohibidas, se puede fumar en el balcón, yo no fumo pero tengo 2 gatos que estarán por el piso y los cuida mi compañero. Puedes cerrar la puerta de la habitación si no quieres que los gatos anden al alrededor, a tener en cuenta si tienes alergias. Pero lo ideal seria que te gusten los gatos y los respetes. Ellos son tranquilos pero les gusta jugar de vez en cuando. Mi compañero estudia IT y está mucho tiempo en su habitación pero es un hombre sociable y amable por lo que podéis tener alguna conversación interesante en la cocina.
La cocina esta totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario, calentador de agua, tostadora, extractor de zumos, etc... ademas tiene un balcon con dos sillas.
Mi habitacion tiene incluidos dos espacios de estudio y trabajo, con cama de 140, armario, sofa, escritorio y tv. Tenemos un baño con ventana, lavadora y bañera que esta muy bien para calentarse en invierno.
Vivimos en un area genial a 1 minuto de Schillerpark, directo en la esquina, por lo que se pueden apreciar las zonas verdes desde las ventanas, cerca de Müllerstraße, donde hay supermercados a mínimo 15 minutos a pie (Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi y Lidl) hay muchas opciones de ocio, cafeterias, bares, restaurantes, biblioteca y la estación de metro U6 a 5 minutos caminando.
Con mucho esfuerzo, tiempo y dinero he ido amueblando mi casa y espero que la persona que venga valore ese esfuerzo y ayude a su mantenimiento.
