Hey! As a housemate has just left, we have a room available starting January 1st 2025.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment; the other two occupants are:
Laurence, 28, working as an Engineer in Tempelhof.
Pearl, 29, studying her Masters in PBerg.
You would become a main tenant, so proof of income would be needed; 3 monthes of salary payments is ok :)
We often spend time in communal areas and would appreciate someone else who would like this, but we also respect each others personal time too. Pearl enjoys cooking, I enjoy playing music and DJing in the living room. We are pretty chilled; we enjoy going out to bars and music events, and might rarely have a party at the apartment.
The apartment is situated very close to U Platz-der-Luftbrucke (U6) and has multiple bus routes through Tempelhof and Neukolln very close.
There is a €500 extra cost for shared furniture; you would get this money back when you leave.
Pearl will be bringing her dog to live in the apartment in March, so you would need to be ok with this!
