Das Zimmer ist mit etwas über 23 qm recht groß und geht nach Süden auf eine große Straße, sodass es ziemlich hell ist. Es ist teilmöbliert. (Fotos sind etwas älter, das Bett steht jetzt an einem anderen Ort, die Couch ist nicht mehr vorhanden.)

The room is quite large at just over 23 square meters and faces south onto a large street, so you get quite a lot of sun light. It is partly furnished. (The pictures are a bit older, the bed is now in a different place, couch is gone.)

Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe der U-Bahnstation Bismarckstraße, die Wilmersdorfer Straße, das Schloß Charlottenburg und der S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The apartment is located next to the Bismarckstraße subway station, Wilmersdorfer Straße, Schloß Charlottenburg and the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg are within walking distance.

Da es sich um eine Zweizimmerwohnung handelt, hast du nur mich als Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin Lea, 28, Juristin und komme aus Berlin. Ich erwarte eine Person als Mitbewohner, die pünktlich zahlt und ordentlich und sauber ist. Ansonsten wünsche ich mir einen freundlichen Umgang, dass man auch mal zusammen was isst/kocht und entspannt quatschen kann, also keine reine Zweck-WG.

Since it's a two-room apartment, you'll only have me as a roommate. I am Lea, 28, a lawyer and originally from Berlin. I'm looking for a roommate who pays on time and is tidy and clean. Apart from that, I care about having a friendly atmosphere, that we can eat/cook together from time to time and have a relaxed chat, since I don't want a purely functional flat share.

Der Vermietungszeitraum soll mindestens 1 Monat (Februar 2025) betragen, kann entsprechend ausgedehnt werden bis mindestens Ende März. Bietet sich also gut an für Leute, die ein Praktikum oder ähnliches in Berlin machen.

The rental period should be at least 1 month (February 2025), but can be extended until at least the end of March. Good option for people doing an internship etc. in Berlin.
