The room faces the courtyard and is 7 square meters. Even if the room is small, the shared space is about 53.6 square meters. In the shared space, there is a large living room, a balcony, a small kitchen, a small dining room and 2 toilets (1 is with a bathtub). The bathroom without the bathtub is basically your own toilet.
Location is great as there are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The bus stop for M29 is just downstairs and there are 3 UBahn stations nearby between 10- 20mins on foot. The flat is just a street away from the canal and a street away from a park.
I love a relaxed and respectful shared apartment life! I'm happy to chat, share a drink, watch a movie, or just hang out. At the same time, I totally get that we all need our own space and downtime. It would be great to live with someone who's tidy and cleans up after themselves, so we can keep our home feeling comfortable for everyone! 😊
The rent is stated for each month and it includes electricity, internet and heating. The flat is on the 6th floor but there is a lift :). Unfortunately, no registration as it is just for a short term.
