Hey ihr Lieben,
ich bin Studentin in Berlin und vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer Wohnung ab sofort bis Mitte April, vielleicht auch noch länger. Ab dem 14. Februar bin ich für einen Monat im Urlaub (bis zum 13. März), ihr hättet also die gesamte Wohnung in dem Zeitraum für euch. Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit großem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bett. Die Wohnung hat ansonsten ein Wohnzimmer (bzw. mein Zimmer), ein Bad und eine Küche, es gibt eine Badewanne/Dusche, Waschmaschiene, Geschirrspüler.
Wichtig: Die Wohnung hat keine Heizung, sondern wird mit einem Kohleofen beheizt. Der Ofen ist in meinem Zimmer und heizt auch das andere Zimmer durch die Wand mit, allerdings ist die Wohnung tendenziell eher kühl (vor allem Küche und Bad) und auch das Zimmer selbst wird meistens nicht super warm. Ihr müsst euch also überlegen, ob das für euch in Ordnung ist. Außerdem würde ich euch dann zeigen, wie man den Kohleofen richtig benutzt, vor allem auch für die Zeit, in der ich nicht da bin.

Hey there,
I am a student in Berlin and am renting a room in my 2-room apartment from now until mid-April, possibly longer. I'll be on vacation for a month from February 14th to march 13th, so you'll have the entire apartment to yourselves during this time. The room is fully equipped with a large wardrobe, desk and bed. The apartment otherwise has a living room (my room while I'm there), a bathroom and a kitchen, there is a bathtub/shower, washing machine and dishwasher.
Important: The apartment has no heating but is heated with a coal oven. The oven is in my room and also heats the other room through the wall, but the apartment tends to be rather cool (especially the kitchen and bathroom) and the room itself usually doesn't get super warm. So you have to consider whether this is okay for you. I would also show you how to use the coal oven properly, especially while I'm not there.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ganz nah am Fluss und in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Richard-Wagner-Platz.
