Die Lage ist äußerst zentral in Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der TU Berlin entfernt und sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die U-Bahn und S-Bahn Stationen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, was eine schnelle und bequeme Anbindung an den Rest der Stadt ermöglicht. The flatshare (WG) consists of a friendly and respectful team. The roommates take care of keeping the apartment clean and tidy and are always open to cooking together or doing activities. The atmosphere is quiet, but also social if you want to hang out together. Everyone respects each other’s privacy, creating a nice balance between community and privacy.

- Besichtigung: Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich, gerne auch per Videoanruf.
- Haustiere erlaubt: Haustiere sind erlaubt.
- Nichtraucher-Wohnung: Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, aber auf dem Balkon möglich.
- Möblierung: Neben Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank gibt es auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirr.
- Lage-Vorteile: Die Wohnung liegt in einer sicheren Gegend mit vielen Grünflächen in der Nähe.
- Kaution: Eine Kaution von 200 € ist erforderlich, die nach dem Auszug direkt zurückerstattet wird.
