Hey I am out of town for 3 weeks in December 2024) so offering my room in a modern, furnished penthouse. The amount listed here is much less than what I pay as rent for the same period.
There are two seperate common balconies. There are three other roommates in the house, but two of them have their own washrooms. There is also a super friendly dog that belongs to one of my roommates.
Slanted roof windows in the bedroom give a view of the starry sky as you sleep under it
Room entrances are in a separate hall and living room + kitchen is in a separate hall giving you complete privacy
There is an elavator and the building is renovated
There will be Christmas parties in the house by other room mates which you are invited to as well
Located in front of Lietzensee which is a huge lake park.
Supermarkets like Rewe are 2 mins away by walking. U bahn and S bahn are 5 and 10 mins away respectively by walking.
The street is super wide. Parts of it are closed off for construction hence it’s perfect for pedestrians as there are less cars.
One roommate is a film student from UK and the others are working in consulting, real estate and accounting.
There is also a super friendly dog in the house who belongs to one of the room mates.
The house rooms have individual floor heating systems
You don’t have to pay anything on top.
I am open to extending the end date but only by a few days.
