Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem süßen Sitz- & Leseecke, einem Bett, einem geräumigen Regal und einem Sekretär, den ich immer als Schreibtisch nutze.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer und sogar einen Balkon.
Ich fühle mich sehr wohl dort und freue mich, wenn es dir genauso geht und du pfleglich mit den Dingen umgehst🎀
Aus dem Fenster schaut man direkt ins Grüne und auf den Lietzensee🌱

The room is furnished with a cute sitting & reading corner, a bed, a spacious shelf and a secretary desk, which I always use as a desk.
We have 2 Bathrooms and even a balcony:))
I feel very comfortable there and am happy if you feel the same way and treat things with care.
The window looks out directly onto the greenery and the Lietzensee lake.
Supermarkt ist 4 minuten zu Fuß entfernt
ÖPNV-Anbindung wie folgt:
- 2 Minuten zum Bus, der einen bis zum Zooolog. Garten und zur U7 bringt in 5-10 Minuten
- 10 Minuten zur U2
- 10-15 Minuten zur S Charlottenburg (ab dort fahren SBahnen quer durch die Stadt)
- 6 Minuten zur Ringbahn
Um den Lietzensee kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen oder Joggen gehen, ansonsten lässt es sich aber auch wunderbar durch schöne Charlottenburger Straßen spazieren. Alle Läden, die man so im Alltag benötigen könnte, sind direkt dort. Sowohl an der TU und an der FU, HU, UDK ist man relativ flott. Außerdem gibt es in der Kantstraße super leckeres (auch veganes) asiatisches Essen🏃🏻♀️🏃🏃♂️

- 6 minutes to Ringbahn
You can take a nice walk or go jogging around the Lietzensee, but you can also take a stroll through the beautiful streets of Charlottenburg. All the stores you might need in everyday life are right there. The TU and the FU, HU and UDK are all relatively close by. Kantstraße also provides some of the best asian food in Berlin:)
Die Mitbewohnis sind Lu (24), Leah (26) und Hannah (27). Sie studieren Denkmalpflege, Kunstgeschichte und Lehramt mit Fokus auf Gebärden. Leah sitzt sogar schon an ihrer Masterarbeit.
Ich habe mich schnell sehr wohl gefühlt in der WG und in der letzten Zeit hat sich unsere Konstellation noch ein bisschen verändert: Jetzt sind wir ne Flinta-Wg.
Auch wenn mal viel zu tun ist, wird wenn man sich sieht viel erzählt, gelacht und sich ausgetauscht. Fühlt sich also sehr herzlich an.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Franzi, 23 Jahre und vermiete das Zimmer unter um einen einmonatigen Sprachkurs in Kairo zu machen. Ich studiere Politikwissenschaft und nähe gerne und spiele Fußball.
Offenheit, eine anti-rassistische und queerpositive Grundhaltung sind für uns selbstverständlich.

The flatmates are Lu (24), Leah (26) and Hannah (22). They are studying heritage conservation, art history and teaching, and Leah is already working on her master's thesis.
I quickly felt very home-y in the shared flat and we had some changes in our constellation in the past months: Now we are all flinta.
Even if we are busy sometimes, when we see each other we talk, laugh and chat a lot. So it feels very warm.
Briefly about me: I'm Franzi, 23 years old and I'm renting the room to do a one-month language course in Cairo. I study political science and love to dance.
