I am offering room to someone from 12.01 to 20.02./21.02.This can be subject to an extension.
The room is fully equipped with a bed, shelf and a wardrobe. The room is one of three in the apartment. All costs, such as heating, water, internet, tv are included in the rent.
The bustop is right in front of the door, bringing you to the Hauptbahnhof and Zoo. In walking distance there is a bakery (card payment!), EDEKA, Penny, Rewe and Rewe City.
There is Wifi, a Smart TV, kitchen with washing machine.
I myself am 30 years old, an Physiotherapist in training and box trainer at a Club nearby.
I am a very open person and like to paint and cook. As i currently in an apprenticeship, i spend my weekdays at school and working as a box trainer in the evenings.
Apart from that, i would like to cook together and may be do sports together.
Cleaning is important and has to be done regularly through both of us. If you are not ok with that, kindly let me know and we will share the costs of a weekly cleaning service.
