I'm away for the month and am subletting my room in Charlottenburg close to the TU university.
The room comes furnished with everything shown in the photos, the apartment is shared with 4 other flatmates and 3 cats. There are a few plants, so someone who likes plants would be ideal but this is not required.
Facilities include 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, and a freezer.
The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, 5 minutes away from the Dovebrucke and Guerickstrasse bus stops. It is also a 10 minute walk from U Ersnt Reuter Platz and a 15 minute walk from S Tiergarten.
You will share the apartment with 4 other people - 2 females and 3 males from diverse backgrounds. We take turns cleaning and aim to maintain the apartment. We speak several languages including English, German, Dutch, and Italian, and we're very welcoming of people from all nationalities, as long as you are tidy :).
The apartment is available from the 4th of November 2024 to the 22nd of November 2024 and the rent will cover this period. A deposit is also required which will be given back after the contract once there are no confirmed damages from the stay.
