As I am leaving Berlin for 4 weeks I am renting out my huge room. In total the room has 30 m2 and is equipped with a doubled bed, an adjustable working desk, a high quality working chair, two PC screens, a large couch, a big closet.

Dates can be adjusted: The room would be available technically from the 19.12.2024.

You are welcome to feel like at home and use all the furniture that it has.

The flat in total is 85m2. In the flat lives my flat mate. He is 27 years old. Currently he his studying his Master in AI and is working part time.

The flat was completely refurbished and the toilet and kitchen are like 2 months old. In general we have everything that a normal household has.

The flat is in Kantstraße, 5 mins from S Bahn Charlottenburg. From there you can reach various districts by S Bahn in a short matter of time.

The TU can be reached in 10 mins by public transport and by bike within 5 - 10 minutes. Along Kantstraße there are many bars, restaurants and there is also a shopping mall just 3 mins away.

The flat is located in the back yard so it is really quiet and you don't hear anything from street.

The life in our flat is pretty chill. My flat is laid back and we are open minded, kind and clean persons. The flat is also spacious so there is plenty of room

The room would be perfect for someone who is moving to Berlin and is looking for a temporary stay to find a flat long term wise.
