The room is rented furnished and for an indefinite period. It is about 12m² in size, has a large window and is painted white. Typical for old buildings, the ceilings are also very high, which makes the room look even bigger.
You can also use the large, shared living room, which is great for chilling out and getting together.

Das Zimmer wird unbefristet und möbliert vermietet. Es ist ungefähr 12m² groß, hat ein großes Fenster und ist weiß gestrichen. Altbautypisch sind die Decken auch sehr hoch, wodurch das Zimmer nochmal größer wirkt.
Zudem kannst du das große, gemeinsame Wohnzimmer nutzen, welches sehr gut zum chillen und zusammenkommen einlädt.
The apartment is located in Charlottenburg directly at the Westend S-Bahn(Ringbahn) station. The apartment is in the Klausnerkiez, and there are shops, cafes and the like all around. The Schlosspark around the corner is also a plus, especially in summer. You can also get to the TU Berlin or Zoologischer Garten very quickly within 15 minutes by bus.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg direkt an der S-Bahn-Station Westend. Die Wohnung liegt im Klausnerkiez, und rund herum gibts Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und co. Auch der Schlosspark um die Ecke ist gerade im Sommer ein plus. An die TU Berlin kommt man auch sehr schnell innerhalb von 15min mit dem Bus.
Your flatmates would be Juliane and Manuel.
Juliane is 30 and a technical aid worker, she works at the THW, often knows how to help and studies mechanical engineering. She's a sociable person with whom you can sometimes watch weird series like Mountain Rescuers.
Manuel (37) comes from Spain and will soon be teaching English here in Berlin. He will be moving into the shared flat as a temporary tenant in January, as Jamy is going on Erasmus for six months.
As we're all out and about a lot, it's usually rather quiet during the day. But when we get together, we like to have a coffee or watch a movie together in the living room in the evening. You can usually get someone interested in a round of Settlers or Mario Kart in the evening (even if Swich is unfortunately gone now). Good communication and consideration for each other is important to us. Everyone should feel comfortable but also contribute to the community. Due to various moves, the living room and kitchen are currently a bit bare. We are already looking forward to making it beautiful together. In preparation for our cooking evenings together, you can tell us about your go-to recipe :)

Deine Mitbewohner wären Juliane und Manuel.
Juliane ist 30 und eine technische Hilfswerkerin, sie arbeitet beim THW, weiß oft zu helfen und studiert Maschinenbau. Sie ist ein geselliger Mensch, mit dem man manchmal auch so seltsame Serien wie die Bergretter gucken kann.
Manuel (37) kommt aus Spanien und unterrichtet hier in Berlin bald Englisch. Er kommt im Januar neu als Zwischenmieter in die WG, da Jamy für sechs Monate ins Erasmus geht.
Da wir alle immer viel unterwegs sind, ist es tagsüber meist eher ruhig. Wenn wir uns treffen, trinken wir aber gerne mal einen Kaffee oder schauen Abends im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam einen Film. Für eine Runde Siedler oder Mario Kart (auch wenn die Swich jetzt leider weg ist) kann man abends meistens jemanden begeistern. Uns ist eine gute Kommunikation und Rücksichtnahme aufeinander wichtig. Jeder soll sich wohl fühlen aber auch in die Gemeinschaft einbringen. Durch diverse Umzüge ist das Wohnzimmer und die Küche aktuell etwas kahl. Hier freuen wir uns schon drauf das gemeinsam schön zu machen. In Vorbereitung auf unsere gemeinsamen Kochabende kannst du uns ja mal von deinem go-to-Rezept berichten :)
The furniture in the room is generally as shown in the picture.
The office chair is not included, but we can offer to put one from the living room in your room.
The bed has also been replaced in the meantime. There is now a white Malm bed from Ikea.
You would have to bring or get a mattress yourself.

Die Möblierung des Zimmers ist im großen und ganzen so, wie auf dem Bild.
Der Bürostuhl ist nicht dabei, hier können wir anbieten einen aus dem Wohnzimmer in dein Zimmer zu stellen.
Außerdem wurde das Bett in der Zwischenzeit ausgetauscht. Jetzt steht dort ein weißes Malm Bett von Ikea.
Eine Matratze müsstest du dir selber mitbringen oder besorgen.
