ich vermiete für den Zeitraum vom 15.02 - 15.04. mein Zimmer unter. Die Daten sind aber flexibel. Zur Verfügung stehen 20 m2, möbliert und mit Balkon. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Badewanne, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Ich lebe in einer 3er WG in Charlottenburg mit guter Anbindung (U-Bhf. Bismarckstr. U2/U7). Meine Mitbewohner heißen Dasun (m.) und Omega (w.). Sie sind beide sehr freundlich und ziemlich sauber. Dasun ist Vegetarier. Er kommt aus Sri Lanka. Omega von den Philippinen. Es gibt eine WG-Gruppe in der wir unsere gemeinsamen Einkäufe organisieren. Eine Liste von Regeln für das Zusammenleben findest du auch dort. Die Kosten betragen 400 Euro warm und die Kaution 200 Euro. Bezahlt wird bitte im Voraus.

Hey there,
I have a room available starting from the 15.02. - 15.04.. Dates are flexible. The room has 20m2, located in Charlottenburg and costs 400€ plus 200€ deposit payed up-front. There is a balcony for smoking, a washing machine, a bath tub and a dish washer. I have two roommates. A man and a woman. Dasun and Omega. We have a WG-group for organisation. There you can find our house rules. Connection is good (U-Bhf. Bismarkstr. U2/U7). The metro is in a two minute walking distance and there are many options for shopping nearby.
