My two roommates are moving out of our nice WG, so I am looking two new roommates!
The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, in front of the Lietzensee lake, the lake and its park are right below the building! We are very well connected to the rest of the city; 3 minutes walk from the S-Bahn Nord Messer stop, and 8 minutes walk from the U-Bahn Charlottenburg. 72 meters from the bus stop M49 Kuno-Fischer-Straße.
This is one of the rooms available. My current roommate will take the furniture from the room with him. I have an extra single bed with a mattress in our storage, in case it is needed.
About the apartment: I arrived here last year, and it is super complete! There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two of which are available starting in May. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
We have a large furnished living room, tables for co-working and a beautiful balcony!

Meine zwei Mitbewohner ziehen aus unserer schönen WG aus, daher suche ich neue Mitbewohner!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg, direkt vor dem Lietzensee – der See und sein Park liegen direkt unterhalb des Gebäudes! Wir sind sehr gut mit dem Rest der Stadt verbunden: 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Station Messe Nord und 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station Charlottenburg. 72 Meter von der Bushaltestelle M49 Kuno-Fischer-Straße entfernt.
Mein bisheriger Vermieter wird seine Möbel aus dem Zimmer entfernen, so dass das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben wird. Ich habe ein zusätzliches Einzelbett, falls Sie es brauchen.
Zur Wohnung: Ich habe sie letztes Jahr gemietet und sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer auf der Etage, zwei davon sind ab Mai verfügbar. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne.
Wir haben ein großes, möbliertes Wohnzimmer, Tische zum Co-Working und einen schönen Balkon!
Mietvertrag mit Anmeldung.
