The current constellation of our WG changes, so we are looking for three new roommates for our beautiful apartment.

The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, right on the Lietzensee – the lake and the park are right in front of the front door! The connection to public transport is great:

Just 3 minutes walk to the S-Bahn Messe Nord,
8 minutes walk to Charlottenburg Metro,
Only 72 meters to the bus stop M49 (Kuno-Fischer-Straße).
This is one of the rooms that becomes free. The furniture takes with the current roommate, so the room is handed over unfurnished.

To the apartment:
I moved in last year and find them super equipped and cozy! The apartment has four rooms, three of them are released from May. There are also two bathrooms – one with shower, the other with bathtub.

Registration is possible.

My name is Matías, come from Chile and live in this apartment since April 2024. Costs (rents + additional costs) are divided equally by four.

The flat is located in Charlottenburg, right in front of Lietzensee lake – the lake and its park are literally just below the building! We’re very well connected to the rest of the city:

Only 3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn station Messe Nord,
8 minutes' walk to Charlottenburg Metro,
Just 72 meters from the M49 bus stop (Kuno Fischer-Straße).

This is one of the rooms available. Please note: the furniture will be taken by the current tenant, so the room will be unfurnished.

I moved in last year and it’s super complete and comfortable! The apartment has four rooms, three of which will be available from May. There are also bathrooms – one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

Die derzeitige Konstellation unserer WG ändert sich, daher suchen wir drei neue Mitbewohner*innen für unsere schöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg, direkt am Lietzensee – der See und der Park liegen direkt vor der Haustür! Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super:

Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Messe Nord,
8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Charlottenburg,
Nur 72 Meter zur Bushaltestelle M49 (Kuno-Fischer-Straße).
Dies ist eines der Zimmer, das frei wird. Die Möbel nimmt der aktuelle Mitbewohner mit, das Zimmer wird also unmöbliert übergeben.

Zur Wohnung:
Ich bin letztes Jahr eingezogen und finde sie super ausgestattet und gemütlich! Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer, drei davon werden ab Mai frei. Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer – eines mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne.

Anmeldung ist möglich.

Kurz zu mir:
Ich heiße Matías, komme aus Chile und wohne seit April 2024 in dieser Wohnung. Die Kosten (Miete + Nebenkosten) werden gleichmäßig durch vier geteilt.
