The apartment is a total of 180 sqm and is in a well maintained state

We also have two bathrooms and a generous, fully equipped kitchen available
The washing machine can also be used

The location is very central and the Kurfürstendamm is within walking distance

Supermarkets and other shops are nearby

The castle Charlottenburg with its beautiful park is vis-a-vis and the Spree

Bus, as well as S-and Metro are within 5 minutes

The apartment is unfortunately NOT suitable for starters ... apprentices and couples
