Hallo liebe WG suchende,
vergeben wird 1 WG Zimmer in unmittelbarer FU Nähe, hinzu kommt auch ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Studio/Atelier welches von allen Mitbewohnern genutzt werden kann.
Wir haben ein großes Bad, ein kleines WC, eine Küche und ein Atelier + die Zimmer der Bewohner. Gewohnt wird unter dem Besitzer in einem großen Einfamilienhaus.
Das Zimmer ist 14 qm, mit ein Paar Fenster und einen Spiegel-Wandschrank. Es ist groß genug für eine Person.
Untermiete ist vorerst auf 3 Monate befristet, gesucht wird aber jemand auf lange Sicht. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen steht der unbefristeten Aufnahme in den Mietvertrag also nichts im Weg. Anmeldung sofort verfügbar.

Alles in Allem ist es hier wunderschön, mit viel Grün und Ruhe. Ist zwar ein wenig außerhalb des Geschehens, aber mit der S1 ist man in 15-20 Minuten in Mitte.
Bewohnt wird die Wohnung derzeit von:
Pascale & Rhapsody: Pascale (30) ist Maler und Verkäufer aus Norddeutschland. Er liebt alles was Kunst, Tee und feines (Veganes) Essen angeht.
Rhapsody (30) ist Pascale's Ehefrau und bereitet sich auf ihr Master Studium in Chemie vor. Sie häkelt gern und trifft sich mit Freunden. Sie kommt aus der USA und isst vegetarisch.
Lena (34) wohnt seit Januar in der WG mit ihrem braven Hund Finn. Sie kocht und backt gern veganes Essen, liebt Marvel und Serien zu gucken, und spielt gern Videospiele online.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, wenn wir miteinander leben wäre es schön wenn man mal zusammen zu Abend isst, zusammen einkaufen geht oder sich mit Freunden im Park trifft. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber an erster Stelle Erhol- und Rückzugsort. Wenn man also doch mal seine Ruhe braucht, dann bekommt man die auch. In all unseren WG's und Konstellationen hat das bisher super geklappt.

Hello everyone,
We have 1 room in a shared flat available, in the immediate vicinity of the FU, plus a large living room and a studio/atelier which can be used by all flatmates.
We have a large bathroom, a small toilet, a kitchen and a studio + the residents' rooms. The owner lives above us in a big Dahlem "Mansion"
The room is 14 qm with a couple of windows, and contains a built in closet with mirrors. The room is suitable for one person.
Sublease is initially limited to 3 months, but we are looking for someone for the long term. If we get along well, nothing stands in the way of unlimited inclusion in the rental agreement. Registration (Anmeldung) available immediately.

All in all it really is beautiful here, with lots of greenery and a quiet atmosphere. It's a bit out of the way, but the S1 takes you to Mitte (central Berlin) in 15-20 minutes.

Pascale & Rhapsody: Pascale (30) is a painter from northern Germany. He loves everything art, tea and fine (vegan) food.
Rhapsody (29) is Pascale's wife and is preparing for her master's degree in chemistry. She enjoys crocheting and hanging out with friends. She is from the USA and is vegetarian.
Lena has been living in the WG with her well-behaved dog Finn since January. She enjoys cooking and baking vegan food, loves Marvel, watching TV series, and playing video games online.
We are looking for flatmates that want a social living situation. If we live together it would be nice to have an occasional dinner together, go shopping or meet up with friends in the park. But the apartment is primarily a place of relaxation and retreat. If you need peace and quiet, you can get it. In all of our flat shares and constellations it has worked out great so far.
