Hello friends!
my almost 3 year old son and me are looking for a new flatmate for our nice Altbau-apartment in Berlin- Friedenau.
Now it is almost 15 years that I live in all different types of WGs/shared apartments and I’ve always appreciated sharing everyday life. Spontaneous encounters in the kitchen, reflecting on the day or life itself by a cup of tea, going for a walk in the nearby forrest Grünewald, practice yoga in the living room or go for a climbing together- it is all possibilities of sharing passions without any obligation or fixed expectations.
Two things are very important for me: That my future flatmate can enjoy living with a toddler and that there is acoustic calmness in the flat. I work in shift system in hospital and therefore have to rest or sleep often also during the day.
Now some information about us and the flat
The flat: it is a beautiful old building, 1. Upper floor in a very calm house and neighborhood. We have a really nice house community who is also helping out with my son. The flat (93m2) has 3,5 rooms, a balcony. It is 6 min walk from the U9, 12min walk from U3 and 15min walk from the Ringbahn. Friedenau is a very calm and peaceful district, famous for the little front yards in front of the houses.
The room which will be free is 17m2, looking towards the patio. The room is quite separated from the other rooms, so it offers quite a lot of quietness.
Sante: almost 3 years old, half-Italian, visits a kindergarten next street, he is a very open-hearted, brave and easygoing child. He is used to be in contact with/ taken care of very different people. I do co-parenting with Sante’s father who is living close-by.
Me: I am 34 years old , practice meditation now for longer than half of my life, I work as a doctor in hospital. It is a challenging job and even though I am looking for community life, time is often a very limited ressource for me. Therefore, community time is more about quality than quantity for me.
I am a warm person, open to build up deep connections. I enjoy silence and just being (together).
