Cozy small room for short-term (3 months) with lovely lefty flatmates :)

Die U-Bahn-Station Friedrichsfelde (U5) ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem befinden sich ein Edeka, Rewe, ein Bäcker und Aldi direkt vor der Tür – alles ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der U5 bist du in nur 10 Minuten in Friedrichshain, und obwohl wir etwas außerhalb wohnen, sind wir hervorragend angebunden. Der Tierpark ist gleich um die Ecke, und auch der nächste See ist nicht weit entfernt.


The Friedrichsfelde (U5) subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there's an Edeka, Rewe, bakery, and Aldi right outside the door – all within a 5-minute walking distance. With the U5, you'll be in Friedrichshain in just 10 minutes, and even though we're a bit further out, we are very well connected. The Tierpark is just around the corner, and the nearest lake is also not far.

Ich bin Lisa und habe gerade meine Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft abgeschlossen. Da mein Arbeitsverhältnis nun endet, möchte ich die Zeit nutzen, um auf Reisen zu gehen. Ich plane, Anfang Oktober zu verreisen, bin aber beim Einzugsdatum flexibel (alles im Zeitraum vom 01.10. bis 15.10. ist möglich und möchte zwischen dem 01.01.25 - 15.10.wiederkommen).

Du wirst zusammen mit Nic(las), Chaz und Matim wohnen.

I’m Lisa and I’ve just completed my training as a nurse. Since my current job is coming to an end, I want to take the opportunity to travel for a while. I plan to leave at the beginning of October, but I’m flexible with the move-in date (anytime between October 1st and 15th is possible and I plan to be back between the 1st and 15th of Januar, 2025).

You’ll be living with Nic(las), Chaz, and Matim.

Nic macht gerade seinen Master in Asian Studies mit Schwerpunkt auf Indonesien und Indien (wenn ich mich richtig erinnere) und arbeitet nebenbei bei Ärzte ohne Grenzen. Er ist ein ruhiger und freundlicher Mensch, der gerne Yoga macht. Seit Kurzem ist er auch Teil eines Kollektivs, hier kümmert er sich um die Orga der Raves, weshalb er natürlich auch gerne elektronische Musik hört. Nic ist sehr sozial, verbringt viel Zeit draußen mit Freunden und genießt das Leben. Ab und zu spielt er auch gerne etwas auf der Switch, oder wir treffen uns in der Küche und plaudern.

Nic:
Nic is currently pursuing his Master's in Asian Studies with a focus on Indonesia and India (if I remember correctly) and also works part-time for Doctors Without Borders. He’s a very calm and kind person who enjoys doing yoga. Recently, he became part of a collective, where he helps organize raves, which is why he naturally enjoys listening to electronic music. Nic is very social, often spending time outdoors with friends. He also likes to play games on the Switch occasionally, or we hang out in the kitchen and have a chat.

Chaz:
About me: Im a 28 yo male looking for a place in Berlin atm. My current lease in Neukölln is ending soon. I am a very creative person and work as both a musician and a sound engineer and travel a lot for my work. I am a calm, chill person who likes to live in such an environment. I’ve travelled and attended university and have lived in many shared spaces for the last 10 years and so I understand what is required to have a successful nice living situation. I am clean and respectful and like to cook nice meals, read and chill while I am not working. A small note: I think some people get spooked when I tell them I am a musician. I have a studio in Warschauer st so please don’t worry about noise I do not make my music in the house :)

Matim:
Matim ist Influencer und klärt überwiegend über Ereignisse und Verbrechen in seiner Heimat auf und jobbt nebenbei in Restaurants . Er kocht gerne und ist zudem auch musikalisch unterwegs, nutzt aber Kopfhörer, sodass man damit auch nichts mitbekommt.

Matim is an influencer who mainly raises awareness about events and crimes in his home country, and he also works part-time at a restaurant. He enjoys cooking and is into music as well, but he uses headphones, so you won't hear anything.


Die meisten von uns sprechen Deutsch , aber eben nicht alle, daher solltest du dich zumindest auf einem Basic Level in Englisch verständigen können. :)

Most of us speak German, but not everyone, so you should at least be able to communicate in English at a basic level. :)

Ein genaues Auszugsdatum steht noch nicht fest, da können wir uns gerne abstimmen. :) Sicher ist jedoch, dass ich einen Untermietvertrag aufsetzen werde und der Zeitraum sich auf mindestens 3 Monate beläuft. Die Miete beträgt 550€ und die Kaution 1100€. Ich plane, zwischen dem 01.10.24 und 15.10.24 bis zum 01.01.25 oder 15.01.25 zu vermieten. Bezüglich der genauen Ein- und Auszugstermine können wir uns gerne absprechen.

Ich erwarte natürlich, dass das Zimmer in gutem Zustand zurückgegeben wird, regelmäßig geputzt wird und meine eine Pflanze gut gepflegt wird. Außerdem muss das E-Piano regelmäßig abgestaubt werden (wenn du spielen kannst, lass deiner Kreativität gerne freien Lauf).

The exact move-out date is not set yet, so we can coordinate on that. :) What is certain is that I will draft a sublease agreement, and the rental period will be for at least 3 months. The rent is 550€, and the deposit is 1100€. I plan to rent from October 1st, 2024, to January 1st or January 15th, 2025, with the move-in date being flexible between October 1st and October 15th, 2024. We can discuss the exact move-in and move-out dates.

I expect, of course, that the room will be returned in good condition, cleaned regularly, and that my one plant is well taken care of. The electric piano also needs to be dusted regularly (if you can play, feel free to enjoy it ).
