Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, zwei Schreibtischen, diversen Kommoden, einem Spiegel und einem Schrank. Zudem gibt es ein persönliches kleines Badezimmer nur für das Zimmer. Es hat außerdem direkten Zugang zu dem Balkon. Aus der einen Kommode wäre ein Fach freigeräumt für deine Klamotten. :) Die Schreibtische wären auch nutzbar. Es gibt auch eine Hängematte, die man benutzen kann.
The room is equipped with a bed, two desks, various dressers, a mirror, and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a personal small bathroom exclusively for the room. It also has direct access to the balcony. One drawer in one of the dressers will be cleared for your clothes. :) The desks are also available for use. There is also a hammock that you can use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Reichenberger-Kiez. Die 115 qm große Wohnung liegt im Herzen Kreuzbergs, nur wenige Schritte vom Landwehrkanal entfernt. Innerhalb eines 500m-Radius finden sich zahlreiche Bars, Cafés, Parks, ein Biergarten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof, wodurch sie angenehm ruhig ist. Mit dem Bus, welcher in 3 Minuten zu erreichen ist, kommt man schnell in die Oranienstraße und zum Hermannplatz.
The apartment is located in the Reichenberger-Kiez. The 115 sqm apartment is in the heart of Kreuzberg, just a few steps from the Landwehrkanal. Within a 500m radius, you will find numerous bars, cafes, parks, a beer garden, and shopping facilities. The apartment is situated in a courtyard, making it pleasantly quiet. The bus, which can be reached in 3 minutes, quickly takes you to Oranienstraße and Hermannplatz.
Wir sind eine dreier WG. Mein Freund und ich teilen uns das zu vermietende Zimmer und unsere Mitbewohnerin bezieht ein anderes. Außerdem gibt es noch ein großes Berliner-Zimmer-Wohnzimmer. Wir sind alle Studenten und zwischen 21 und 22 Jahre alt. Wir sind Raucher und gelegentlich wird auch im Wohnzimmer geraucht. Wir sind keine Party-WG und wollen deshalb nicht, dass mitten in der Nacht extrem lauter lärm gemacht wird. Trotzdem sind unsere Nachbarn relativ entspannt also kann man Abends auch ruhig mal etwas entspannter chillen.
Unsere Mitbewohnerin wäre in den Tagen da.
We are a three-person shared apartment. My boyfriend and I share the room for rent, and our roommate has another room. Additionally, there is a large Berliner-style living room. We are all students between the ages of 21 and 22. We are smokers and occasionally smoke in the living room. We are not a party apartment, so we prefer not to have extremely loud noise in the middle of the night. However, our neighbors are relatively relaxed, so it's fine to chill in the evenings. Our roommate will be around during the days of your stay.
