Hello there🫶🏼

Wir sind Elena (25), Michelle (25) und Federico (30) und auf der suche nach einem aufgeschlossenem und humorvollem neuem WG-Mitglied. Wir führen KEINE Zweck-WG🥰

Elena ist unser Energiebündel und arbeitet im Marketing und Sales. Gute Laune und dreckige Witze sind hier Programm. Sie ist deutsch, spricht aber Spanisch auf einem super gutem Niveau (hat sie vom Solo-Backpacking in Südamerika) und liebt es morgens Sport zu machen, während der Rest von uns gerade mal so die Augen aufbekommt🫣

Michelle arbeit als Projektmanagerin in einer Event-Agentur, was sich auch in der WG widerspiegelt: Sie hält alles zusammen und behält immer den Überblick. Obwohl sie oft unterwegs ist, bedeutet ihre Rückkehr sofort Party Time 🎉. Sie ist super offen, für jeden Spaß zu haben und immer mit dabei, wenn’s lustig wird. Außerdem ist sie unsere Sportskanone, vor allem beim Boxen (seid gewarnt 😉).

Federico kommt aus Argentinien und hat als selbsternannter Dr. Sommer immer Datingtipps parat🤗. Er spielt leidenschaftlich (manche würden sogar sagen gut) Gitarre, sein Herz ist der Rockmusik verschrieben. Er spricht fließend deutsch und ist unser spanischer Muttersprachler. Gerade arbeitet er auf Teilzeit und startet jetzt nebenbei noch seinen zweiten Master in Sustainable Economics.

Wir sind weltoffene Menschen mit sowohl deutschen als auch internationalen Freundeskreisen und sprechen hier und da auch Englisch miteinander. Aktuell sprechen wir aber Deutsch und Spanisch und würden uns freuen, wenn du die Begeisterung mit uns teilen würdest❤️
Wir gehen gerne gemeinsam zum Sport (USC Buddies!) oder kochen, feiern, auf Konzerte, reisen und all was uns noch so in den Sinn kommt🥳

Unsere letzte Mitbewohnerin ist leider wieder zurück nach Spanien gezogen, weswegen wir nun ab sofort einen Platz frei haben. Das Zimmer ist ca. 8m2 groß und wir möchten es gerne möbliert vermieten. Falls du deine eigenen Möbel hast, ist das auch kein Problem. Aktuell steht noch kein Bett drin, das würden wir dann in Absprache mit dir kaufen. Zusätzlich hast du Zugriff auf zusätzliche Lagerflächen im Abstellraum und Keller. Das Zimmer ist erstmal auf unbefristete Zeit frei. Wir vermieten das Zimmer zu 470,00€ warm inkl. Strom, WLAN usw. - es kommen also keine Mehrkosten hinzu.

In der WG haben wir ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, wo wir gerne zusammen kommen und irgendwelche Serien, Filme oder Sport zu schauen. Wir unternehmen regelmäßig Dinge miteinander, weil wir gut befreundet sind und trinken auch mal gerne den ein oder anderen Wein zusammen. Auch wenn wir gerne mal feiern gehen, wertschätzen und respektieren wir auch das Bedürfnis nach Ruhe eines jeden Einzelnen. Bei uns gibt es also the best of both worlds 😉
Sauberkeit wertschätzen wir sehr, verurteilen aber auch niemanden wenn man mal einen Teller irgendwo stehen lässt, da sind wir ganz human unterwegs.

Wir würden uns sehr über eine kleine persönliche Vorstellung von dir freuen und warum du denkst, dass du perfekt zu uns passen könntest :)

Hey there! 🫶🏼

We’re Elena (25), Michelle (25), and Federico (30), and we’re on the lookout for a fun, open-minded new roommate to join our little family. We’re not a typical “just here to split the rent” kind of WG (shared flat) 🥰.

Elena is our ball of energy and works in marketing and sales. She’s always in a good mood and loves cracking dirty jokes. She’s German but speaks Spanish at a super high level (thanks to solo backpacking in South America) and loves working out in the morning—while the rest of us are still barely able to open our eyes 🫣.

Michelle is a project manager at an event agency, and her skills definitely show in the flat: she keeps things running smoothly and always stays on top of things. Even though she’s often out and about, whenever she’s back, it’s instantly party time 🎉. She’s super open, always down for a good laugh, and loves getting involved when things get fun. Oh, and she’s a bit of a sports fanatic, especially when it comes to boxing (you’ve been warned 😉).

Federico is from Argentina and our self-proclaimed Dr. Love, always ready with dating advice 🤗. He’s a passionate guitar player (some might even say good), with his heart dedicated to rock music. He speaks fluent German and is our native Spanish speaker. Right now, he’s working part-time and kicking off his second Master’s in Sustainable Economics.

We’re a fun, international bunch with both German and international friends, and we occasionally throw in some English. At the moment, though, it’s mostly German and Spanish, so if you’re into that, we’d be thrilled to share the excitement with you ❤️. We love working out together (USC buddies!), cooking, partying, going to concerts, traveling, and whatever else comes to mind 🥳.

Our last roommate sadly moved back to Spain, which means we now have a room available for you! It’s about 8m², and we’d prefer to rent it furnished, but if you have your own furniture, that’s cool too. Currently, there’s no bed, but we can get one together based on your preference. Plus, you’ll have some extra storage space in the pantry and basement. The room is available indefinitely. We are subletting the room for 470,00€ warm incl. electricity Wifi - so no further costs will apply.

We have a shared living room where we love to hang out, watch TV, movies, or sports. We do lots of things together since we’re pretty close, and we’re also partial to enjoying a glass (or bottle) of wine. While we’re definitely up for a good party, we also respect everyone’s need for peace and quiet, so you’ll get the best of both worlds 😉. Cleanliness is important to us, but we won’t judge if you leave a plate lying around every now and then. We’re pretty chill about that.
