560€/ FLINTA* WG/ 180sqm apartment/ 12sqm room

Hi, I am leaving this beautiful 6 person wg by 1.4.2025.
I can move out earlier, but not later. :)

Facts: The apartment is located in Friederichshain-Kreuzberg between S-Ostkreuz and S-Treptower Park. It offers two floors with three rooms and one bathroom each (6 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms). We also have big common areas on both floors with a living room, kitchen, chill area, co-working space, balcony, a terrace and access to the roof. You have a view on the spree from the apartment and within 10 minutes walk you are in Treptower Park and on the Stralau Insel and can enjoy at least a bit of nature in the city :)

Let’s talk about the great people in this WG: 5 amazing FLINTAs will be your roomates who are very welcoming, funny and respectful. Everyone enjoys a lot living in the WG and like to spend time together outside of living together as well. We have a cleaning schedule and once in 3 months a WG meeting to discuss how we are doing, openly talk about things that we would like to change or improve and share ideas to make the place even more beautiful. This meeting is very chill and often comes with a glass of wine, good music and a lot of laughing.
We are looking for a person who treats the people and the home respectfully. We appreciate if you have an open communication and you can talk about your needs and boundries. Favourite topics: (queer) feminism, power dynamic and privilege, un/learn together, social justice, work-life balance, instagram cooking receipes, techno and music in general, psychology, alternative relationship models, sports, creativity.

All of us have a quite different daily schedule because some are working and some are studying so it does not happen too often that everyone is at home at the same time, but when we are we love to: Eat together, watch sth on our nice beamer hehe (from princess charming to arte docus) and we laugh a lot together :))

Everyone needs some me-time which is totally respected and there is plenty of space to get it.

To my room: It is located at the lower floor in one of the most quiet areas in the apartment. From your bed you see the sky and a really nice big tree. It is located to the backyard and very calm. I want to sell my furniture so if you are interested we can talk about it.
