Hi,

We are a 4-person shared flat in busy neighborhood of Friedrischain. The room is furnished, heated, and with a private balcony with direct sunlight. There's a big shared kitchen/dining room and bathroom.

Price: 500€/month all bills included + 500€ deposit that will be returned upon moving out.

We're Ala (25) sustainability consultant and student, Pol (26) musician, and Mariona (23) costume designer. We've been living together for a year and have developed a friendly living dynamic.

6 Minutes away from Sameriterstrasse U5 and 10 minutes from the S-Ring. A lot of trams, stores, and cafes around. Central but quiet.

We all work or study so we maintain busy schedules. It's important for us to keep a tidy living situation and stick to our weekly chores.

We also like to spend time together and watch weekly TV shows/movies, make dinner or enjoy a day at Boxi. We also enjoy our space and our personal time.

The flat is international, and we speak English with each other mixed with 'genau'. Also Catalan but wg-gesucht doesn't recognize us.

Pets aren't discouraged but this will have to be discussed. We welcome cats :)

We are due to start the moving-out process by the end of April, as the WG will be officially emptied. Therefore we will need you to be part of the process of moving the apartment furniture downstairs as well as your own stuff. Further details will be discussed privately.
