Das Zimmer ist vollständig unmöbliert, wenn es übergeben wird (so sieht es aktuell aus), außerdem ist hell und hat vormittags einige Sonnenstunden. Es besitzt zwei Heizkörper und ist so ausgerichtet, dass es zum Innenhof zeigt. Entsprechend ruhig ist es auch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin- Friedrichshain, wenige Minuten vom S Bahnhof Warschauer Straße und vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt. Sobald man das Haus verlässt befindet man sich direkt im Leben. Nichts desto trotz liegt die Wohnung im Hinterhaus und ist dementsprechend ruhig und bietet daher viel Erholung.
Wir (Leon und Henriette) sind bei 22 Jahre alt. Henriette studiert aktuell Psychotherapie an der MSB und arbeitet in einer Wohngruppe. Leon ist Krankenpfleger und holt aktuell sein Abitur nach. Wir wünschen uns ein angenehmes WG Leben miteinander, keine Zweck WG, in der man auch gerne Dinge miteinander unternimmt, wie z.B. Spieleabende, gemeinsam Kochen oder Ausflüge.
Zu unserer Wohnung gehört der Kater Pauli. Er gehört Leon und mir und ist aktuell 6 Monate alt (geboren am 15.03.). Pauli ist super zutraulich und lässt sich sehr gern streicheln.
