-ANLELDUNG POSSIBLE-
One furnished room in our WG, available from the 20th of January. The small room is welcoming and faces a small backyard, therefore no noise is coming from the street.
The rent is 600 EUR includes everything. We are looking for someone moving in from the 20th of January.
Furniture includes a bed with storage (see picture), desk with chair and clothes rack.

Krossener Str. is one of the streets around Boxi park. There are a lot of bars, bakeries, small shops and other things. The area is quite busy but the apartment is on the courtyard side so it stays quiet. Neighbours are also very quiet.

You are going to share the flat with Santa and I. I'm Antoine, from France and in Berlin working for Zalando for 3 years. My hobbies include photography, both analog and digital. Santa is a 3D artist from Latvia, working for Lego and on other projects. We both are quite busy with work and are in and out of the flat a lot but when we are home together we enjoy each other's company. We consider our flat as a cocoon where to unwind. It would be great to have someone to add to that, and who would be involved in the flat life as well :)

The landlords live in the same building and are quite reactive when we need help with something in the flat. They set the rent, not us :)
