Ich suche eine FLINTA für mein WG Zimmer in Friedrichshain! Der Zeitraum wäre 31.01. oder 01.02. bis 28.02. (bin aber relativ flexibel).
Dein neues Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es gibt eine Küche, in der man gemütlich sitzen und kochen kann.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Maiko, die begnadete Köchin und Hobby-Barkeeperin ist und bestimmt auch mal was übrig lässt :) Wir sind beide viel unterwegs, aber unternehmen trotzdem gern Sachen zusammen. Über den ein oder anderen Kaffee/tee/fancy drink freut sich Maiko bestimmt, aber alles kein Muss.
Da im Zimmer einige teure Sachen wie Plattenspieler, TV, PlayStation etc stehen (kannst du alles benutzen), würde ich eine Kaution über 600€ nehmen.

I am looking for a temporary FLINTA tenant for my room in a shared flat in Friedrichshain! The period would be 31.01. or 01.02. to 28.02. (but I am quite flexible).
Your new room is about 16 square meters and faces the inner courtyard. There is a kitchen where you can sit comfortably and cook.
Your roommate is Maiko, who is a talented cook and hobby bartender and is sure to leave something for you :) We‘re quite busy each, but still like to do things together. Maiko would probably be happy about the odd coffee/tea/fancy drink, but it's not a must.
As there are some quite expensive things in the room like record player, TV, PlayStation etc (you can use everything), I would take a deposit of 600€.
M10 and 21 are 3min walk, s-bahn 15min, several grocery stores like edeka (3min), rewe (10), kaufland (15), spätis etc.
