The apartment is located in a quiet area, but very close to Simon-Dach-Straße (with a lot of Bars, restaurants, shops) and the U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor (5 walking min), S-Bahnstation Storkower Straße in about 10 min. You will also find some food shops nearby.
Ich lebe seit knapp 10 Jahren in Berlin und suche einen Mitbewohner/in. Ich arbeite 2-3 Tage die Woche im Homeoffice. Es sollte keine Party WG werden. Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Mensch und lege Wert auf ein entspanntes Miteinander. Ich mag es, wenn es in Bad & Küche sauber ist und wir dort auch eine gute Ordnung halten.
Gerne können wir uns zusammensetzen auch mal was zusammen kochen, ein Glas Wein oder Bier trinken oder auch mal zusammen weggehen.
