Ich vermiete mein geräumiges Zimmer in einer WG für 630 im Monat und eine Kaution von 1.000 ab dem 1. November. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gesundbrunnen und wird mit zwei hübschen Mädchen geteilt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und befindet sich in bester Lage – nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Penny, Bushaltestellen, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn entfernt. Es gibt sogar ein Spa direkt nebenan, was praktisch ist! Wenn du auf der Suche nach einer komfortablen und gut angebundenen Unterkunft bist, kannst du mir gerne eine Nachricht senden

Ich werde die Couch nehmen, weil es mir weh tut, alles andere ist für das Zimmer und nur für Frauen

I'm giving away my spacious room in a shared
WG for 630 a month for rent and 1,000 for deposit from November 1st. The flat is located in Gesundbrunnen and shared with two lovely girls.
The apartment has two bathrooms and is in a prime location-just a short walk to Penny, bus stations, the S-Bahn, Tram, and U-Bahn. There's even a Spati right next door for convenience! If you're looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay , teel free to message me
