Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig an der Rückseite des Hauses und du blickst auf einen großen parkähnlichen Friedhof. Er ist mit den Basics (Matratze, Lampen, Kleiderstange, Sessel, kleines Regal) ausgestattet.
Das Fenster hat einen Rolladen falls du gerne dunkel und abgeschirmt lebst.
The room is very quiet, located at the back of the house, and overlooks a large park-like cemetery. It is equipped with the basics (mattress, lamps, clothes rack, armchair, small shelf).
The window has a shutter in case you prefer a dark and secluded living environment.
Die Wohnung liegt im Gesundbrunnen. 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt und du bist schnell beim Bus M27 (zur U8 oder U2) und 255 (zur U9) in 7 Minuten läufst du zur S-Bahn Wollankstraße und bist schnell am Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn/ U8).
Hinter dem Haus ist ein sehr großer Friedhof auf dem du spazieren kannst und vor unserem Haus ist ein kleiner Vorhof.
The apartment is located in Gesundbrunnen. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away, and you can quickly reach the M27 bus (to U8 or U2) and the 255 bus (to U9). It’s a 7-minute walk to the Wollankstraße S-Bahn station, and from there, you can easily get to Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn/U8).
Behind the house, there’s a large cemetery where you can take walks, and in front of our house, there’s a small courtyard.
Wir haben ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Beamer und Schreibtisch falls du einen brauchst. Die Küche ist auch komplett ausgestattet und wir haben Waschmaschine und Trockner und zwei Abstellkammern und Keller. Das Wohnzimmer ist montags und ab und an auch Dienstag nachts belegt weil ein Freund von mir da schläft.
Du wohnst mit mir Christopher (35) zusammen. Ich arbeite Vollzeit, bin also tagsüber meist gar nicht da und du hast deine Ruhe. Abends sitze ich aber gerne in der Küche, koche oder lade Freund:innen ein, gehe am Wochenende gern feiern und mache Sport.
Solltest du ein Problem mit queeren Menschen,Trans, PoC usw. haben dann melde dich bitte nicht.
We have a shared living room with a couch, projector and desk if you need one. The kitchen is also fully equipped and we have a washing machine and tumble dryer, two storage rooms and a cellar. The living room is occupied on Monday nights and from time to time on Tuesday nights as well.
You live with me Christopher (35). I work full-time, so I'm usually not there during the day and you have your peace and quiet. But in the evenings I like to sit in the kitchen, cook or invite friends round, go partying at the weekend and do sport.

Du bist ganz offiziell Untermieter:in. Die Untermiete ist auf 2 Jahre begrenzt. Alles andere können wir ja dann klären wenn du Lust hast einzuziehen.
