Beide Zimmer sind teilmöbliert.
Das kleinere 26qm Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und hat die Fenster zum Hof raus, daher ist es sehr ruhig und im Sommer lässt es sich gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen :))
Das größere 30qm Zimmer liegt im vorderen Teil der Wohnung. Der Baum direkt vor dem Fenster lässt einen im Sommer ins Grüne blicken, ohne das Zimmer dunkel zu machen.

Both rooms are partially furnished.
The smaller 26 sqm room is located at the back of the apartment and has windows facing the courtyard, making it very quiet. In the summer, it's great for sleeping with the window open. :)
The larger 30 sqm room is at the front of the apartment. The tree right outside the window allows you to look into greenery in the summer without making the room dark.

Meine Mitbewohner ziehen im März aus und da bei mir selber noch nicht klar ist, wie lange ich noch in Berlin bleibe suche ich erstmal befristet nach zwei neuen Untermietern. Ggf lässt sich der Hauptmietvertrag bei meinem Auszug umschreiben auf eine neue Person.
Ich bin ein sehr aktiver Mensch und gehe oft Laufen und klettern, fahre auch gerne mal für ein verlängertes Wochenende in die Berge und genieße es, Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat, aber auch für gemeinsame Unternehmungen offen ist. Auch wenn ich viel arbeite, ist mir der Austausch mit Mitbewohnern wichtig und ich möchte in keiner Zweck WG leben. Wenn du also jemand bist, der eine entspannte, aber auch gesellige Atmosphäre schätzt, gerne mal in ne Bar geht oder auch mal feiern…

My roommates are moving out in March, and since it's still unclear how long I'll be staying in Berlin, I'm initially looking for two new subtenants on a temporary basis. There is a chance, that the main rental contract can be transferred to someone else when I move out.
I am a very active person, who loves to go for a run and climbing. I enjoy taking extended weekends to the mountains and spending time with friends.
It's important to me that everyone has their own space but is also open to shared activities. Even though I work a lot, I value interaction with my roommates and don't want to live in a purely functional shared apartment.
