I sublet my room in WG due to travel home.

The room is large and very warm, the bed is 140*200, fully furnished.
🧹 We have a Cleaning (included in costs) of common areas every 2 weeks.

🚏 Pankstraße - 3-minute walk away (both the U-Bahn (U8) and a bus stop)
🚆 U-S Gesundbrunnen, a major station, is only a 10-minute walk from the flat and offers numerous S-train connections, making it easy to reach any part of Berlin quickly.
🛒 Rewe city, Lidl, DM - 4 minutes walk
Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi and Gesundbrunnen mall - 10 minutes walk.
🥙 ...and plenty of Doners in a neighborhood hehe
🔸 We are 3 youngs living together, working and studying. We keep a friendly and respective vibe but do not disturb each other's privacy.
