(English below) Dieses bequemes großes Zimmer hat 1 Doppel-Bett, 1 elektrisch aufstehenden Schreibtisch, gute Internetverbindung (geeignet für Home-Office), Bildschirm für einen Rechner, schöne grüne Aussicht nach draußen, und einen sonnigen Balkon. Die monatliche Miete kostet 600 €, dazu noch ist die Kaution auch für 600€ zu rechnen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und meine süße Mitbewohnerin arbeitet viel, aber ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Eine große Voraussetzung ist: alles sehr sauber zu halten.
Das Zimmer ist nur für 2 Monaten zur Verfügung, wegen einer Reise (dann kehre ich zurück).
Das Datum für Ein- und Ausziehen ist flexibel. Kandidaten mit Privaten Haftpflichtversicherung sind bevorzugt.
Adresse-Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

This big and comfortable room has a double bed, a desk that moves up and down, stable internet connection (great for home-office), a screen for computer, and a beautiful sight to a green little park with the balcony view. The room is sunny in the afternoon. The rent costs 600 € pro month, on top is the deposit of another 600€.
The apartment is fully furnished, and my sweet roommate is a busy career woman, but still super friendly and helpful. Our main request is: to keep all super clean.
The room is available for 2 months, as I will be traveling.
The date to move in and out is flexible. Candidates with Haftpflichtversicherung / personal liability insurance are preferred.
Registering it as your address at the Bezirk-Amt ist unfortunately not possible.

5 Minuten zu fuß entfernt liegt U3/U1 und 7 Minuten entfernt von U9 bei Spichern str.
10 Minuten zu fuß findet man U2 bei Wittemberger Platz und auch Zoologischer Garten.
Die Lage ist ganz zentral, aber auch rühig. Familienstadtviertel.
