Wir wünschen uns eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein WG-Zimmer in einer großzügigen 5-er WG im grünen Karlshorst.
Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat ein Fenster und ist teilmöbliert mit zwei Sesseln, einem Schrank und einem Regal. Du kannst das Zimmer natürlich weiter einrichten.
Allerdings ist die Möglichkeit, Möbel aus dem Zimmer zu entfernen nur begrenzt.
Der alte Mitbewohner hat zusätzlich unter anderem noch einiges an Möbeln zurückgelassen, die er dir für 150€ VB überlassen würde:

Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich an einer Putzkraft zu beteiligen. Z.Z. zahlen wir 40 Euro die Woche für zwei Stunden, in denen alle Gemeinschaftsräume geputzt werden. Details dazu im Gespräch.

Auch wenn in der Anzeige unbefristet steht, der Mietvertrag ist ein befristeter Untermietvertrag.
Du wärst dann Untermieterin bei unserer Vermieterin, der die Wohnung gehört.
Dieser Mietvertrag ist theoretisch auf zwei Jahre befristet, aber wurde bis jetzt immer bei Ablauf der Frist auf Nachfrage verlängert.
Was die Wohnung angeht:
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche mit vielen Schränken, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine.
Insgesamt gibt es 3 Badezimmer (1x Dusche, 1x Toiletten & Dusche, 1x Toilette), sodass man sich z.B. morgens nicht in die Quere kommt. In einem Badezimmer befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Steingarten vor dem Haus, den wir nutzen können.
Wir haben außerdem 200 Mbps schnelles Internet im Download (theoretisch).

We are looking for a new flatmate for a room in a spacious shared flat for 5 people in leafy Karlshorst.
The room is 20 square metres in size, has a window and is partially furnished with two armchairs, a wardrobe and a shelf. You can of course furnish the room as you wish.
However, the possibility of removing furniture from the room is limited.
The old flatmate has also left behind some furniture that he would let you have for €150 VB:

Nice to know:
Even if the advert says permanent, the tenancy agreement is a fixed-term subtenancy agreement.
You would then be a subtenant of our landlady, who owns the flat.
This tenancy agreement is theoretically limited to two years, but until now it has always been extended on request at the end of the term.
As for the flat:
We have a large eat-in kitchen with lots of cupboards, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
There are 3 bathrooms in total (1x shower, 1x toilet & shower, 1x toilet), so you don't get in each other's way in the morning, for example. There is also a washing machine in one bathroom. We also have a small rock garden in front of the house that we can use.
We also have 200 Mbps fast internet download (theoretically).

Du lebst hier ruhig, aber doch verkehrsgünstig: vier Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn (M17, 27, 377) und zur S-Bahn in 8 Minuten (S 3), die genau 8 Minuten bis zur Warschauer Straße braucht. Busse (296, 396) sind auch in der Nähe.
Ein Edeka, Zwei Bio-Märkte, der Wochenmarkt sowie weitere Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants und Imbiss (italienisch, kubanisch, indisch, arabisch, asiatisch) gehören zum Bild von Karlshorst, wie auch eine Menge Grün.
Joggen und Fahrradfahren kann man in der nahen Wuhlheide.
Besonders günstig gelegen sind wir für Studierende der HTW und der katholischen Hochschule für Sozialarbeit.

You live here in a quiet but convenient location: four minutes to the tram (M17, 27, 377) and 8 minutes to the S-Bahn (S 3), which takes exactly 8 minutes to Warschauer Straße. Buses (296, 396) are also nearby.
An Edeka supermarket, two organic markets, the weekly market and other shops are just a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants and snack bars (Italian, Cuban, Indian, Arabic, Asian) are part of the Karlshorst scene, as is a lot of greenery.
You can go jogging and cycling in the nearby Wuhlheide.
We are particularly conveniently located for students of the HTW and the Catholic University of Applied Sciences for Social Work.

Zur Zeit leben Hardy, Micha und Racha in der WG.
Hardy, 31, arbeitet Vollzeit bei einem Solartechnik Startup und macht nebenbei seinen Master.
Racha, 25, die vor drei Jahren aus Tunesien nach Deutschland gekommen ist, studiert im fünften Semester Elektrotechnik an der HTW direkt um die Ecke.
Micha, 27, studiert im vierten Semester Informatik an der HTW und arbeitet nebenbei als Werkstudent.
Wir freuen uns darüber zusammen zu kochen und zu plauschen aber respektieren natürlich auch die Privatsphäre der jeweils anderen Person.
Hin und wieder gehen wir auch mal aus in Theater oder Kinos, oder grillen im Garten.
Auf Sauberkeit legen wir viel Wert. Wenn wir nicht gerade eine Putzkraft beschäftigen haben wir einen Putzplan, bei dem jede Person wöchentlich für einen bestimmten Bereich der Gemeinschaftsräume zuständig ist.
Gegenseitiger Respekt, Toleranz und Offenheit in der Kommunikation sowie gemeinsames Kümmern um Gemeinschaftsräume sollten für Euch zum WG-Leben dazugehören.

Every now and then we go out to the theatre or cinema, or have a barbecue in the garden.
We attach great importance to cleanliness. When we are not employing a cleaner, we have a cleaning schedule where each person is responsible for a specific area of the communal rooms each week.
