Ich bin erstmal für längere Zeit nicht in Berlin und möchte gerne beide Zimmer untervermieten. Die Therese, 23, zieht im laufe des Oktobers ein und ich suche noch eine zweite Person die das andere Zimmer mit den dunklen Möbeln nimmt. Therese studiert soziale Arbeit in Karlshorst und ist eine super entspannte und liebe Person. Aber es wäre einfacher wenn ihr euch mal persönlich kennenlernt,. Ansonsten super entspannt alles und super schöne helle Wohnung. Das Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett mit Matratze dazu, ein Paxschrank, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, ein großer Spiegel und der Teppich der drin liegt. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank. Die Nachbarn kennen sich alles ganz gut und sind auch immer mega hilfsbereit. Ich, Olli, würde das alles koordinieren und euch erstmal kennenlernen wollen. Wenn das passt dann würde ich euch gerne mit Therese connecten.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Karlshorst und ist super hell. edeka, netto, Lidl und Aldi sind 5 min entfernt am sbhf karlshorst. ubhf Tierpark ist auch nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Ja zum Wg-Leben kann ich logischer Weise noch nicht viel sagen, das zeigt sich dann wenn ihr Therese kennenlernt.
