Es sind 2 Zimmer frei, die darauf warten wieder bewohnt zu werden :).
Hier wohnen bereits Martin und Kirsten. Da das Haus aus Kirstens Familie mieterlos geworden ist, haben wir es übernommen. Wir sind auch erst vor kurzem hier eingezogen und wollen nun aus dem ehemaligen Familiendomizil ein nettes WG Haus machen.
Martin ist Arzt und dank der tollen Arbeitszeiten im Krankenhaus, mehr dort als Zuhause. Kirsten ist Projektingenieurin im IT Bereich und macht 3 Tage die Woche Homeoffice. Sie ist also hingegen häufiger zu Hause und freut sich über Gesellschaft :). Mit von der Partie ist auch eine 5-jährige Hündin - es wäre also von Vorteil wenn du nicht allergisch bist und, im Bestfall, dich über einen tierischen Mitbewohner freust.
Das EG besteht aus einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche sowie einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt eine Garage zum Basteln und einen Garten zum Gärtnern und bestimmt noch mehr, was mir gerade aber nicht einfällt.
Die freien Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß und beide Zimmer sind teilmöbliert (siehe Bilder 10-13). In den Zimmern steht noch so einiger Kram von uns/Vorbesitzern drin (hupsi), der kommt natürlich raus! Ein Kleiderschrank, Bett und Schreibtisch sind jeweils vorhanden und können verwendet werden. Falls Du deine Möbel mitbringen magst, würden wir die übrigen Stücke einfach verkaufen. Alle "Privat"-Zimmer und das große Bad befinden sich im 1.OG.

There are 2 rooms available that are just waiting to be occupied again :).
Martin and Kirsten are already living here. Since the house of Kirsten's family has become vacant, we have taken it over. We also moved in recently and now want to turn the former family home into a nice shared house.
Martin is a doctor and, thanks to the great working hours at the hospital, spends more time there than at home. Kirsten is a project engineer in the IT sector and works from home 3 days a week. So she is at home more often and is happy to have company :). We also have a 5 year old dog - so it would be an advantage if you are not allergic and are happy to have an animal flatmate.
The ground floor consists of a large communal area with living room, dining room, kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. There's a garage for crafts and a garden for gardening and probably more, but I can't think of anything at the moment.
The available rooms are about the same size and both rooms are partly furnished (see pictures 10-13). There is still some of our/ people before stuff in the rooms (hupsi), of course it will come out! A wardrobe, bed and desk are available for use. If you want to bring your own furniture, we will simply sell the rest. All 'private' rooms and the large bathroom are on the 1st floor.

Das Haus ist 600m vom S Bhf. Karow entfernt, so dass man/frau fix zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Rad dort ist - die S2 fährt in der Regel im 10-Minuten-Takt. Es dauert mit der S-Bahn z.B. 12 min bis zum Gesundbrunnen, U Eberswalder Str 20 min und 21 min bis zur Friedrichstraße.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's genug, z.B. sind Rewe, Netto, Lidl oder DM fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straße ist ruhig und man ist eher im Einfamilienhaustraum, aber schön ists trotzdem ;).

The house is 600 metres from Karow S-Bahn station, so you can get there quickly on foot or by bike - the S2 usually runs every 10 minutes. For example, it takes 12 minutes by S-Bahn to Gesundbrunnen, 20 minutes to U Eberswalder Str and 21 minutes to Friedrichstraße. There are plenty of shopping facilities such as Rewe, Netto, Lidl or DM are within walking distance. The street is quiet and you're more in the single-family home dream, but it's still nice ;).

Wir sind beide viele Jahre WG erprobt und können es uns nicht recht vorstellen nur zu zweit zu wohnen. Deswegen suchen wir nun nette Mitbewohnis und haben überhaupt keine Lust auf eine Zweck-WG. Wir wünschen uns ein nettes Miteinander, wo auch gern mal etwas zusammen gemacht wird und über (fast) alles gesprochen werden kann. Kochen, trinken, quatschen, lachen, Rad fahren .. was auch immer. Vielleicht wieder eine Solawi-Kiste zusammen abonnieren!? Wir sind beide vegetarisch (Martin zu 100% und Kirsten schwächelt ab und zu) und fänden es super, wenn kollektiv vegetarisch und ggf. vegan gekocht werden würde. Du kannst aber essen, was du magst ;). Ansonsten gehen wir nun wieder einer geregelten Lohnarbeit nach und sind keine krasse 1.Semester-Party-WG mehr.

We've both lived in shared flats for many years and can't really see ourselves living together as a couple. That's why we're now looking for nice flatmates and don't want to live in a just purpose-built flat share. We want a nice atmosphere where we can do things together and talk about (almost) everything. Cooking, drinking, chatting, laughing, cycling... whatever. Maybe subscribe to a Solawi box together again?! We're both vegetarians (Martin is 100% and Kirsten occasionally weakens) and would love to cook shared meals vegetarian and possibly vegan. But you can eat whatever you like ;). We´re back to regular paid work and no longer a blatant first-semester party flat-share.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eher fancy-schmancy inklusive z.B. einem Induktionsherd und Fußbodenheizung.
Im Winter habe wir woanders gelebt und es wurde hier etwas renoviert, deswegen sieht es mittlerweile etwas anders aus als auf den Bilder :).
PS: Die Miete ist nicht so günstig, wie wir es aus unseren WGs in der Vergangenheit kannten und mochten .. aber was soll man machen, die Miete ist halt leider so teuer. Wir zahlen auch mehr, obwohl wir uns ein Zimmer teilen, damits nur die 680€ und nicht mehr sind.

The equipment of the house is rather fancy-schmancy including e.g. an induction cooker and underfloor heating.
During the winter we lived somewhere else and there were some renovations going on here, so it looks a bit different than in the pictures :).
PS: The rent is not as cheap as we knew and liked it from our shared flats in the past... but what can you do, the rent is unfortunately so expensive. We also pay more even though we share a room, so it's only €680 and no more.
