Zimmer für Katzenfreunde

An alle Katzenfreunde,

wir suchen eine/n tierlieben Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG am S-Bahnhof Köpenick.
In der WG leben 3 süße Katzen und 2 liebe Männer, Nacho (27) und Janko (27).
Ich heiße Rici (33) und bin gerade die meiste Zeit in Portugal, daher möchten wir unser Wohnzimmer vermieten.
Das Wohnzimmer ist geteilt in ein privates kleines Zimmer (ca. 10 Quadratmeter) und einen offenen Durchgangsbereich (weitere 10 Quadratmeter). Den offenen Bereich kannst du zusätzlich frei für dich nutzen und einrichten.
Es ist auch möglich den Raum so umzubauen, dass du die ganzen 20 Quadratmeter als privates Zimmer nutzen kannst. Zeitlich haben wir es jedoch noch nicht geschafft dies vorzunehmen.

Uns ist es vor allem wichtig, dass du dich mit den 3 Tigern wohlfühlst. Ein kleines bisschen Katzenstreu ab und zu auf dem Badezimmerboden lässt sich leider nicht vermeiden.
Die Katzen leben ausschließlich in der Wohnung und gehen nur in den gesicherten Garten nach draußen. Daher ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass die Haustür und die Fenster mit Bedacht auf die Katzen geöffnet werden, damit sie nicht aus dem Fenster springen oder ins Treppenhaus und auf die Straße rennen. Den Dreh hat man aber schnell raus.
Das ist auch schon das Einzige was uns am Herzen liegt. Ansonsten sind wir eine sehr offene und entspannte WG.

Nachos Heimat ist Teneriffa. Janko ist in Berlin aufgewachsen. Beide arbeiten im Bereich Bühnenbau für Events und waren lange Zeit in einer Werkstatt für Skateboards aktiv. Ich liebe das Surfen, daher habe ich mich entschieden das Jahr in Portugal zu verbringen. Das heißt in der Wohnung seid ihr dann zu Dritt.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir uns zum viedeotelefonieren verabreden, um uns kennenzulernen. Die Jungs empfangen dich dann gern zur Besichtigung in Berlin!

Dear cat person,

we're searching for a new roommate with a heart for animals for our flat close to train station S Köpenick.
You're about to share the flat with 3 cute cats and 2 nice men, Nacho (27) and Janko (27).
I'm Rici (33) and currently in Portugal most of the time that's why we want to rent our livingroom.

The living room is divided into a private small room (approx. 10 square meters) and an open passage area (another 10 square meters). You can also freely use and set up the open area for yourself.
It is also possible to convert the room so that you can use the entire 20 square meters as a private room. However, we have not managed to do this yet .

Above all, it is important to us that you feel comfortable with the 3 tigers. Unfortunately, a little bit of cat litter every now and then on the bathroom floor can't be avoided.
The cats live solely in the apartment and only go outside in the secured garden. It is therefore very important to us that the front door and the windows are opened carefully so that the cats do not jump out of the window or run into the stairwell and onto the street. But you'll quickly get a routine of it.
That is the only thing that's important to us. Otherwise we are a very open-minded and chilled WG.

Nacho's original home is Tenerife and Janko grew up in Berlin. They both build stages for events and used to build skateboards for a Berlin brand in a workshop. I love surfing, so I decided to spend the year in Portugal.
That means there are the three of you sharing the apartment.

I would love to have a videocall with you to get to know each other. The boys will welcome you in the flat to show you the room any time.
