Das Zimmer befindet in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit geräumiger Küche und halbwegs schönem Bad und ist zum Hof gerichtet.
Es ist knapp 14m2 groß, hat eine hohe Decke und verfügt bisher über folgende Einrichtungsgegenstände: Bett, Schreibtisch, Ikea Kallax Regal, kleines Sofa.
Die Wohnung liegt im südöstlichen Teil Kreuzbergs und grenzt an die Bezirke Neukölln und Treptow. Es handelt sich um ein äußerst interessantes Dreieck, wo verschiedenste Kulturen und Menschen aller Herkunft harmonisch zusammenleben. Das tagsüber belebte Paul-Lincke-Ufer ist gleich vor der Tür. Ebenso in Laufnähe ist der Görlitzer Park, sowie der Treptower Park.

Das WG Leben zeichnet sich durch ein harmonisches Miteinander aus, ohne das es jegliche Zwänge oder Pflichten gibt.
Ich würde mich als recht ordentlich bezeichnen, was bedeutet, dass stets ein hohes Niveau an Sauberkeit und Hygiene herrscht.
Du kannst komplett dein Ding machen, gleichzeitig bin ich für jede Unterhaltung oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen zu haben.
Vielleicht noch kurz zu mir: Ich würde mich als unkomplizierten, harmonischen und weltoffenen Typ beschreiben.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne zu Ausstellungen aller Art, besuche Kulturveranstaltungen, mache ab und an Sport, schau mir die Leute und das Treiben der Stadt an und genieße es einfach gesund und munter zu sein.
Außerdem gehe ich manchmal in Techno Clubs, hier am liebsten hard, bouncy, trancy. Meine aktuell liebste Veranstaltung ist "Goatball" by StinnyStone.
The WG life is easy going, there are no restrictions or things that must be done.
Of course this kind of lifestyle needs a solid base of respect, empathy and a little bit of attention for details.
I would describe myself as a little to little more above the average level of hygiene in the household and try to keep that maintained. But there never was cleaning plan, it just worked out always. I like cleaning, so it's no problem for at least:)
Besides that I'm easy going, like to have nice talks about everything and nothing, i like to fool around often, although I am most likely serious. I love getting to know people from all over the world very much.
In my free time I like visiting exhibitions and other cultural stuff, strolling around the city, meeting friends, getting to know new things and in general trying to have a good time, while enjoying being healthy and alive.
