Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und bietet dank des großen Fensters (mit Blick auf den Mehringdamm) eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre.
Es handelt sich um das Zimmer mit der dunkelgrünen Wand. Die Möbel werden ein bisschen anders stehen da wir umräumen werden.
Wir sind eigentlich ein Paar, aber ich werde alleine auf Reisen gehen. Daher vermieten wir das Zimmer für 2 Monate unter.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und enthält alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: einen geräumigen Schrank, eine Kleiderstange, ein Lattenrost mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und möglicherweise auch ein Sofa – daran arbeiten wir gerade noch.
The room is approximately 17 m² and offers a bright and friendly atmosphere thanks to the large window facing Mehringdamm.
It’s the room with the dark green wall. The furniture might be arranged a bit differently, as we plan to rearrange it.
We are actually a couple, but I will be traveling alone. That’s why we’re subletting the room for 2 months.
The room is furnished and includes everything you need to feel comfortable: a spacious wardrobe, a clothes rack, a slatted bed frame with a mattress, a desk with a chair, and possibly a sofa – we’re still working on that part.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Direkt beim Bergmannkiez gelegen, habt ihr eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Spätis direkt vor der Tür. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt!
Mit den U-Bahnlinien U6 und U7 seid ihr hervorragend angebunden und erreicht die meisten Ziele in Berlin schnell und unkompliziert.
Der Viktoriapark ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt – perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit im Grünen. Außerdem können wir euch locker 20 Empfehlungen für tolle Spots in der Umgebung geben!
The location is unbeatable: situated right next to Bergmannkiez, you’ll have a huge selection of restaurants, bars, and late-night shops (Spätis) right at your doorstep. Everything you could possibly need is just a few steps away!
With the U6 and U7 subway lines, you’re excellently connected and can reach most places in Berlin quickly and easily.
Viktoriapark is only a 2-minute walk away – perfect for a quick escape into nature. Plus, we can easily share 20 great recommendations for awesome spots in the area!
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin heißt Anna.
Anna ist kontaktfreudig und oft unterwegs, genießt aber auch entspannte Abende zu Hause. Sie lässt den Tag gerne bei einem gemeinsamen Bier ausklingen, macht gerne Sport und trifft gerne Freunde.
Hier erwartet dich also eine offene, angenehme Wohnatmosphäre, in der jeder seinen Platz findet.

Anna is sociable and often out and about, but she also enjoys relaxed evenings at home. She likes to end the day with a shared beer, enjoys sports, and spending time with friends.

Ich bin eigentlich erst ab dem 5. unterwegs. Je nachdem, wann du in die Wohnung einziehst, bin ich also anfangs noch ein paar Tage da. In der Zeit werde ich mit Anna zusammen im anderen Zimmer wohnen.
