Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich Anfang Mai oder Juni frei. Da ich nicht dringend jemanden suche, ist der Einzugstermin flexibel. Wichtiger ist, dass es zwischenmenschlich passt.

Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei gleich großen Zimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie einem großen Bad mit Waschmaschine.

Ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist mir sehr wichtig. Erfahrungsgemäß bin ich kein großer Fan von Zweck-WGs. Deshalb ist es essenziell, dass man sich auf einer zwischenmenschlichen Ebene gut versteht. Respekt und Rücksichtnahme stehen für mich an erster Stelle.

The room is expected to be available at the beginning of May or June. Since I’m not in a rush to find someone, the move-in date is flexible. What matters more to me is that we get along well on a personal level.

The room is 20 m² in size. The apartment consists of two equally sized rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with a washing machine.

A harmonious living environment is very important to me. From experience, I’m not a big fan of purely functional flatshares, so it’s essential that we connect well on a personal level. Respect and consideration are my top priorities.
