Schönes saniertes Altbauzimmer mit hohen Decken, schönem Stuck und Dielenboden. Es ist ausreichend beleuchtet und hat ein Fenster zur Oppelner Straße hinaus, die sehr ruhig ist.

Beautiful renovated "Altbau" room with a high ceilings, stucco and wooden floor. It's illuminated nicely and has a window towards the quiet Oppelner Str.

Die Wohnung liegt im Wrangelkiez zwischen der U-Bahn-Station Schlesisches Tor und dem Görlitzer Park. Die Gegend hat tolle Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Läden in der Nähe, man kriegt jedoch durch die Nähe zum Görli die Probleme mit Obdachlosigkeit und Drogen definitiv mit. Ganz in der Nähe ist eine Rewe und in 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein Lidl und DM. Man ist gut an die U1/U3, der Buslinie 165 und 265 angebunden und kommt relativ schnell zur Warschauer Straße und Ostbahnhof. Schön ist auch, dass der Treptower Park nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt liegt.

The flat is located in Wrangelkiez between U-Bahn Schlesisches Tor und Görlitzer Park. The neighborhood has great restaurants, bars, cafés and stores nearby, but the problems with homelessness and drugs due the proximity to Görlitzer Park are definitely noticeable. Close by is a Rewe and a Lidl and DM store are just a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the U1/U3 and the buses 165 and 265 very fast and Warschauer Straße and Ostbahnhof are relatively close. It's also nice that Treptower Park is only 5 Minutes away by bike.

Wir sind ein Paar, heißen Valentina (28) und Max (28) und wohnen gemeinsam mit unserer süßen, kleinen Hündin namens Elliot. Wir haben beide schon lange in WGs gelebt und suchen deshalb auch Mitbewohner, die schon WG-Erfahrung haben. Als Mitbewohner mögen wir gerne ein ungezwungenes, freundliches Zusammenleben: Man kann super gerne zusammen kochen, was unternehmen o.Ä. - muss aber auch nicht immer sein. Ein Hunde-Fan zu sein hilft auf jeden Fall, da Elliot sehr häufig Streicheleinheiten einfordert und für ihre (kleine) Größe erstaunlich viel Haare verliert, wogegen man leider nicht so viel unternehmen kann. Wir sind ordentlich und sauber, aber auch keine Putzfanatiker.

We are a couple, Valentina (28) and Max (28), living here with our sweet little dog named Elliot.
We've both lived in shared flats for many years, so we're looking for flatmates who also have some WG experience. As flatmates, we really enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere—cooking together, hanging out, or doing something fun is great, but it's also totally fine doing your own thing. Being a dog lover definitely helps, since Elliot often demands cuddles and, despite her (small) size, she sheds quite a surprising amount of hair—something we’ve learned to accept! We like to keep the flat tidy and clean, but we’re not obsessive about it.
