Darüberhinaus gibt es noch genügend Raum für die individuellen Details. In der gesamten Wohnung ist Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung verlegt, es gibt ein hochwertiges Duschbad und einen Eingangsbereich mit einer sehr kleinen Einbauküche. Wer es liebt, sehr umfangreich zu kochen, dem ist die Küche mit zwei Herdplatten vermutlich zu wenig. Eine Waschmaschine der Vormieter steht im Badezimmer. Ein Kellerraum gehört zur Wohnung dazu.
Beide Mieter bekommen einen Hauptmietvertrag für ihr Zimmer, das erste Jahr wird fest vereinbart, danach läuft der Vertrag unbefristet weiter. Eine polizeiliche Anmeldung ist möglich und auch erwünscht. Alle Kosten (Möblierung, Wasser, Strom, Heizung) sind inklusive, ausser dem Internetzugang, den beide Mieter gemeinsam abschliessen.
