We live in a female-only apartment looking for a flatmate from 20.04.2023 The available room is bright, large (27m2) and fully furnished. The apartment is located in the beautiful Bergmann neighbourhood which is famous with its cosy cafes, restaurants and, concept stores. The bus and subway connections are closeby: Ubhf Gneisenaustr. (U7), Hallesches Tor (U1) und diverse bus connections (248, 141, M41) are just around the corner. You may take peaceful walks around Victoriapark or by the canal. Because of the working schedule and living rythm a peaceful and quite atmosphere in the apartment is essential to us. Therefore we are looking for a flatmate who would respect and share similar wishes. The room is rented for minimum 4 and maximum 12 months. We`d prefer someone who is not working from home/doing Homeoffice.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Bergmannkiez, der für seine zahlreichen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bekannt ist.
Außerdem hat man eine günstige Verkehrsanbindung durch die nahegelegenen U-Bahnstationen zur U1, U7 und U8 sowie verschiedene Busanbindungen.
Der Viktoriapark sowie die ruhigen Wege am Kanal, laden zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein.
Für ein entspanntes und gutes Miteinander benötigen wir: Offenheit& Kommunikation& auch persönlichen Rückzugsraum, Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen.Da wir beide berufstätig sind, legen wir Wert auf eine ruhige Mitbewohnerin, die eher für kürzere Zeit (mind. 4 bis max. 12 Monate) einziehen möchte.
Wir bevorzugen jemanden, der nicht von zu Hause aus arbeitet/Homeoffice
