The apartment has three separate bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower and a balcony.
The room is ready to move in - everything on the photos is in the apartment, including bed sheets and towels.
The apartment is located in a quiet backyard location of a 1992 built building right in the heart of Berlin, 2 minutes by foot from the U Kochstraße station (U6), 1 minute from a bus stop (M29 and N6) and 10 minutes from the S Anhalter Bahnhof station (S1, S2, S25 and S26).
You’ll be living with me (Lucas) and Rodrigo.
I’m brazilian, 30 years old and after working in the corporate world for about 10 years I moved to Berlin to make and study music, which means that I spend a lot of time at home practicing, composing or studying. I’m usually doing that during the afternoon so I won’t bother either you or our neighbors.
Rodrigo is 38, also from Brazil. He has worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and university teacher for 10 years and now he works full time as a tattoo artist, working in many different cities in Europe. He spends half of his days at the studio and the other half at home working on his projects.
We don’t have crazy cleaning schedules at home, but we’ve managed to keep it clean since we clean up after we use everything. Actually, I’d say the three most important things for us are:
Even though we like going out, we are not a party-WG! In fact our neighbors hate noise so we get to respect that. Also, we usually don’t go to bed that late in the night, so keeping it low during the evening is quite important for us.
We like the house tidy and clean.
We respect a closed door, but we are NOT a “purpose-WG”!
Our contract deadline is April 2020, but there is a chance we may be able to extend it.

To be honest we just wanna live with people who are respectful, nice and with whom we can have a good conversation. We both are very good friends and we want to maintain a friendly environment on the apartment.
Also, we need you to be able to prove your income! You’ll need you to get in the contract as well (so yeah, anmeldung is possible), and for that the landlord needs to make sure you can pay for the rent.
