Hey everyone,
we are looking for a new longterm roomie. The flat is about 85m2 big, very calm although it is located in a great street and has a lot of space which we can share all together. The whole flat is sunny and has big windows, high ceilings and plank floors. A real old building flat everyone is looking for nowadays.
The flat is on the 4th floor in the front house in Bergmannstr. (I guess most of u know this street).
The whole flat is fully furnished, washing machine, dish washer and its equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, bath, dishes etc.). The big bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. We have a big backyard downstairs to keep bikes safe.
In the rent everything is included, meaning service charges, water, heating, green power, internet etc. The flat and ur room is completely furnished.
Registration/ Anmeldung is possible.
Closest subways stations are Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and Gneisenaustr. (U7).
Taking a walk, yoga, running, meditating whatever is very nice along the Landwehrkanal. We have all the major shops, supermarkets (Organic, REWE, Netto, Lidl, Rossmann…) in our street.
Its also THE street for Cafes & bars. One of the best Vietnames restaurants in Berlin is in the front house, how lucky. Cool spots around the corner are Tempelhofer Feld (an old airport which is now a park basically - very impressive because its so big), Umami (favorite vietnamese restaurant), Aufbauhaus, Beta house (creative center, co working house), Modulor (art supplies), Just Music (shop for music instruments on 3 floors), Prinzessinnen Garten (garden in the city where u can grow vegetables etc.), Prinzenbad (outdoor swimming pool - always packed though), Checkpoint Charlie with TAZ building (independent newspaper), Ritter Butzke (club), Prinz Charles (club), etc.
Hallo, we are Anna, Bernadetta and Carola,
Anna comes from Neuseeland and she's 30 years old :) She studied economics and now is working as a sustainable finance Data Analyst in a start-up. She mentions that the girls usually like to walk around the neighborhood, try new restaurants, bars, and cafes (usually ice cream and pizza ;)) or just chill at home. In her free time, she also likes to ride her longboard in Tempelhofer, listen to podcasts or hang out with friends.
Benedetta is 23 years old, she's from Italy and she's currently doing a master degree in management. She loves nature and animals; in her free time she likes doing sports, taking film photography and walking around Berlin looking for new spots.
Carola is a 25-year-old woman from Egypt working in finance and controlling. In her free time, she thoroughly enjoys cooking and going for relaxing walks. She finds joy in exploring new recipes and ingredients in the kitchen, as well as discovering serene outdoor spaces during her walks.
There is room for one more lovely person. We wanna find someone, who is fun, inspiring and loves to act respectfully. Preferably someone working, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring person though, just a good balance. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wants to stay longterm (more then 6 months, one year people have even better chances : )
We would really wanna find someone who loves WG live as we do to fill our home with live and love.
