Bei uns in der Wg wird ab dem 24. Februar ein Zimmer im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez frei!
Es befindet sich auf der Südseite und wird möbeliert überlassen.
Dadurch, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Bergmannstraße liegt, erklingen ab und an Straßenmusiker, womit man kein Problem haben sollte. Dein Zimmer geht jedoch zum Hinterhof raus und ist somit sehr ruhig.
Es handelt sich um befristetes Mietverhältnis.

We have a room available in the beautiful Bergmannkiez from February 24th till 31st of March!
It is located on the south side and will be left furnished.
As the apartment is located directly on Bergmannstraße, you can hear street musicians from time to time, which shouldn't be a problem. However, your room faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet.
It is a fixed-term tenancy.
Die Wg befindet sich im Herzen von Kreuzberg. Der U-Bahnhof Gneisenaustraße ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt und der U-Bahnhof Mehringdamm ca. 10 Minuten. Ansonsten gibt es in der Gegend viele nette Bars, Cafés und Restaurants, sowie den Gleisdreieck- und den Viktoriapark 😄

The apartment is located in the heart of Kreuzberg. The subway station Gneisenaustraße is about 3 minutes walk away and the subway station Mehringdamm about 12 minutes. Otherwise, there are many nice bars, cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as the Gleisdreieck- and the Viktoriapark 😄
Wir sind zwei offene, entpsannte Personen, welche beide noch an der Uni sind! Julius macht gerade seinen Master fertig und arbeitet jetzt an der FU, steht auf ausgefallenes Interiordesign und lernt gerade Klavier spielen! Jolan ist bereits berufstätig und hat eine eigene Firma im Bereich künstliche Intelligenz gegründet, macht gerne Sport, kocht leidenschaftlich gerne und liebt Spieleabende.
Wir wünschen uns eine ebenso offene, lockere und humorvolle Person, welche Lust hat, ab und zu mal was zusammen zu unternehmen und auch mal abends in der Küche für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben ist. Jedoch ist klar, dass wir alle unseren Rückzug brauchen. Ein Grundverständnis von Sauberkeit ist natürlich auch wichtig!

We are two open-minded, relaxed people who are both still at university! Julius just finished his master's degree and is now working at the FU, is into fancy interior design and is just learning to play the piano! I, Jenni, am in the final spurt of my social work studies, like to go to sports, crochet and knit from time to time and already work in special education.
We are looking for a person who is open-minded, easy-going and has a good sense of humor, who likes to do things together from time to time and who is also available for a nice chat in the kitchen in the evenings. However, it is clear that we all need our retreat. A basic understanding of cleanliness is of course also important!
