WG Lankwitz sucht Mitbewohni

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Lankwitz direkt neben der Kirche. An der Kreuzung direkt vor der Tür fahren viele Buslinien und die S-Bahn ist ich nur 5-10min Fußweg entfernt. Dort fahren S25 und 26.
Auch direkt vor der Tür gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, einen Edeka in <5min Fußweg und ein Kino direkt hinter unserem Garten ;)



The building is located in the center of Lankwitz right next to the church. There are many bus stops at the intersection right in front of the door and the S-Bahn is only a 5-10 minute walk away as well. S25 and S26 are stoping there.
As well right at the crossroad we have shops for everything you could need in your daily live including Edeka in <5min by foot and a cinema just behind our backyard ;)

Große gemischte WG sucht neue Mitbewohner*in,

Die WG-Lankwitz sucht Nachwuchs. Eine Mitbewohner*in verlässt uns, deshalb suchen wir nach einer Studierenden Person der/die langfristig mit uns wohnen möchte. Natürlich auch/nur mit Anmeldung.

WICHTIG!!!: Bei uns dürfen nur STUDIERENDE wohnen.
Bitte melde dich daher nur wenn du an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert bist. Allen anderen Bewerber, wünschen wir viel Erfolg bei der Suche.

Zu uns:
Wir sind eine 9er WG, momentan bestehend aus 4 Männern und 4 FLINTA Personen.

Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe mit verschiedensten kulturellen Hintergründen und Überzeugungen. Von Künstlern/Hippies bis rational ist alles dabei :) Manche bringen sich gerne und viel ein andere leider eher weniger. Auf lange Sicht wollen wir möglichst nur mit Menschen wohnen, die auch bereit sind sich aktiv an der Gestaltung des Zusammenlebens zu beteiligen.
Bring also gerne eine große Portion Motivation und coole Ideen mit ;)
Wir haben alle unser Zimmer in das wir uns auch gern mal zurückziehen.
Wir machen aber auch gerne was zusammen (Spieleabend, Kochen, Kino, Qutaschen, Musik,….)
Selten alle gemeinsam aber bei neun Personen findet sich immer jemand der Lust und Zeit hat.
In Zukunft wollen wir als Gruppe mehr zusammen wachsen und nicht einfach nebeneinander her leben.
Besonders wichtig ist uns ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander.
Wir sind keine Party-WG und auch Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Ein sehr wichtiges Thema besonders in einer so großen WG ist Sauberkeit. Deswegen muss es für dich selbstverständlich sein die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu hinterlassen .

Big shared flat is looking for a new roommate,

The WG-Lankwitz is looking for a young motivated student. A roommate is leaving us, so we are looking for a cool, sweet etc :) human being to take over her room and live with us long-term. Of course also/only with registration(Anmeldung).

IMPORTANT!!!: Only STUDENTS are allowed to live with us. Please only message us if you are enrolled at a university. We wish all other applicants good luck in their search.

About us:
We are a shared apartment of 9 people, currently consisting of 4 men and 4 FLINTA people.

We are a diverse group with different cultural backgrounds and beliefs. From artists/hippies to rationalists, we have it all :) Some like to get involved a lot, others unfortunately less so. In the long term, we only want to live with people who are willing to actively participate in shaping the community.
Therefore a lot of motivation and new ideas are always welcome ;)
We all have our own room that we like to retreat to from time to time.
But we also like to do things together (games evening, cooking, movies, music, ....)
Rarely all together, but with nine people there is always someone who wants to and has time.
In future, we want to grow together more as a group and not just live side by side.

It is particularly important to us that we treat each other with respect.
Additionally this is not a party location and unfortunately animals are not allowed.

A very important issue, especially when living with such a large group, is cleanliness. That's why it must be a matter of course for you to leave the common areas in good condition.
